A small compact hotel. On the roof of the 17th Floor there is a small terrace and a tiny swimming pool .The location of the hotel is super! In the very center of Nha Trang (In a small alley, between the central 1st street and 2nd.). I lived on the 10th floor. There was a beautiful view of the sea . The rooms are cleaned daily. The rooms themselves are quite decent (Of course without pathos, but I was satisfied with everything). The only negative is poor breakfasts. I rested for two weeks (from 25.09.2023-10.10.2023) the morning menu did not change. There is one more nuance - the entrance group of the hotel ( high staircase ) But for me it was a plus))) By the way - I paid 24,000 rubles for 2 weeks of hotel accommodation (Quite an adequate price tag) . Due to the convenient location and adequate price, I will consider this hotel next time as an accommodation option.

Plus this hotel's location and price, that's it. Duvet covers are torn, bathrobes with holes, cleaning consists of making beds and taking out garbage. The room was shabby and I didn 't take pictures . They only came to sleep. They didn't take breakfast. There is parking for bikes. The maid took one robe, at the eviction they asked where the second leaky robe was))) . It's generally fine. This is Asia. In October, for 2000 rubles. /day. It doesn't stink of insects, they give you a towel on the beach. Sea view.

Excellent hotel, first line, it is better to take a room with a balcony and sea view, the breakfasts are good, the menu has changed a little in 19 days) you will not stay hungry for sure) they give out beach towels, bed linen is changed on request, towels are changed every day and every day room cleaning and replenish all soap. There are many cafes, restaurants, and shopping centers nearby. The hotel is located in the center of Nha Trang near the Lotus. When traveling to Nha Trang, we will be happy to stay at this hotel.

The hotel is not bad. Convenient location, first line, sea view. The hotel is mainly Russian tourists, as Anex tour takes them here. I didn't take food, I don't know if there is. The rooftop pool is very small, smelly, the water is almost rotten, no one cleans it, and there are 3 very dirty sunbeds nearby. The room stock is a little tired, but overall - good. The rooms are spacious (I had an executive one), there is hot water. In some rooms there is a full bathroom, somewhere there is only a shower. There is a balcony. At first I was settled in 1001 rooms. But there was a strange door - it fits normally at the bottom when closed, but there is a huge gap on top and from the corridor you can see what is going on in the room. I was moved only after 2 days, as there were no available rooms. Then I lived in room 902 - it's a little smaller, without a bathroom, but in general everything is fine. The beds are comfortable, the TV without smart TV only with local channels. They clean every day, bring 2 small bottles of water, two tea bags and 2 coffee bags. Towels are also changed every day. I didn't notice any animals in the room. The price tag is nice.

I have lived in these hotels for 16 days. I took a sea view from the balcony. These are the most successful rooms, the view is gorgeous. The hotel is sredninsky. Booking lists it as 4 stars, but there are only 3. The location of the hotel is ideal, it is the very center. But there is no sound insulation in the rooms, you can hear everything from the conversations of neighbors to the eternal night screams of tourists.The room is spacious and bright. But there were eternal problems with bathroom accessories, they were always not brought. In the evening, a line of residents lined up for shampoo, paper and soap, which was very annoying. And the biggest disadvantage is the air conditioner aimed directly at the bed, it blew very strongly, and there is nothing to happen without it! It was made specifically to waste less energy. They only give one key, which is very inconvenient. It is suitable only for young people, it will be difficult for families with children.

Everything is good: kind staff, cozy room, the hotel itself is spacious. The only thing that is not so good is breakfast. Personally, we are not used to eating potatoes with meat or noodles for breakfast (delicious of course). But in our humble opinion: breakfast should be light so that people eat and do not overeat early in the morning. And finally: it is better for the guests themselves to learn English. The staff themselves are unable to and they can be understood, because for them Russian is like their Vietnamese for us.

There is a buffet breakfast, there is not much variety, the choice of fruits is not large, 2-3 types and that's it. We arrived early in the morning, at 7:00 a.m. we were already at the hotel.We were greeted at the reception by a sweet, smiling girl.Since according to the rules of the hotel, check-in to rooms is made from 14:00, we had to wait until our room was prepared (looking ahead, I will say that we were already checked in at 12:00😊)In order not to sit in the lobby of the hotel all this time, we were provided with a room where we could put our things away, so after changing clothes and leaving our suitcases at the hotel, we immediately went to explore the surroundings😁

There is also a pool on the top floor, although it is small, but it is quite suitable to hide from the midday heat.
For breakfast, everything is standard...Quite normal: coffee,tea,juice,
fried eggs,salad...If you want, they will make pancakes for you...And of course, rice is accompanied by fish, meat or sausages, always in different ways...plus sweets and fruits.
If you like to relax on your own, then in the basement of the hotel, you can rent a scooter (prices are acceptable, technical condition is good)
To sum up, I can say that the hotel is good!Of the disadvantages, only the presence of Chinese tourists can be noted...Anyone who has ever rested with them will understand me...Very noisy!They wake up early, walk around on their own, slam doors...in general, they are restless companions and periodically they need to be reminded that they are not alone in the hotel...But in fairness, it should be noted that there are a lot of Chinese people in Nha Trang and in which hotel there are more and in which there are fewer, you won't guess ...
This is not the first time I have rested in this country and lived in different hotels, including on the second and third lines, so there is something to compare...I really liked this hotel!I definitely recommend it for a vacation!

When we left this hotel, they didn't want to return our passports. They said that we ate potato chips, which were supposedly on the table in the room.
But we didn't take anything from the table. Those chips weren't there at all.
The passports were given back only after we paid the money for the uneaten chips. By the way, they didn't even give us the change from the amount they demanded. So they ruined all our impressions of this hotel.
And the entrance doors to the room there are so thin that you can hear the doors banging, talking, and even any rustle can be heard in your room.It made it very difficult to sleep.

The site has three stars, but really two! The rooms are in need of repair, insects in the rooms, it is impossible to sleep very noisily in the morning.
