One of the most wonderful hotels. I left a very pleasant impression. I definitely want to come back here.
The staff is amazing, very attentive and caring, ready to solve all problems and questions that arise. The room is clean, cozy, and regularly cleaned. The food and drinks are varied and simply delicious.
I really enjoyed spending time in the lobby and listening to live music: every evening the musician plays the piano and sings. It is very nice and comfortable to sit down for socializing and delicious coffee.
The beach is very close to the hotel, the best sea, a beach restaurant with burgers and fruits, and a minibus ride is very close.
Hurray! We rebooted, improved our health, charged our "batteries" with the sun, the sea and positivity. We are looking forward to next summer)

Hello everyone We had a rest in June 2024! What can I say about the hotel and everything connected with it - This is the coolest hotel , modern, stylish , clean , comfortable - CHIC!!! The food is varied and always almost different , it's just a sea ( the pot cooks and cooks everything) you can eat at any time there is no problem with that! Even if you arrived at night ( a big plus ) the staff is excellent , the hotel surprises you with something every time - songs , dances 💃 champagne is poured at the entrance for breakfast - in the evening something is constantly fried on the grill - they steam ! The rooms were cleaned every day! The hotel itself is very clean and always smelled delicious! You won't be bored in the evening either, and there is entertainment for adults and children! And most importantly, all the guests of this hotel are decent and do not scream Tagil at night! Super hotel 🏨 I recommend it for 10+ thanks 🙏 I will definitely come back 🥰

We arrived on May 22, 2024. I would like to share my impressions of the holiday. The hotel is wonderful! Turkey in its full splendor! We are completely satisfied with almost everything: the rooms are clean, the food is delicious, the drinks are decent. If you want to get positive emotions from a Turkish holiday, we recommend it. The beach is sandy and pebbly, the entrance is convenient, the sea is just crystal. Despite the month of May, we swam in the sea, sunbathed. We are happy with everything, especially the atmospheric place, a lot of locations for photos. The music is pleasant, the cuisine is varied. Strawberries, watermelons, peaches, pears. Everything is fully accessible and sufficient, despite the fact that the hotel is large and always full of guests. For dinner, there is always a dish of the evening, grilled ribs, salmon, shrimp, Peking duck, everything is very tasty and varied. After the rest, there was only a pleasant impression, we have been to Turkey more than once, but we still give this hotel the championship. They left with sadness... Of course, there were disadvantages, but we will not talk about them, since the advantages are more convincing.

We have been at this hotel for a week since the end of August. The hotel is really good, very beautiful, convenient location of the zones. The food is very good, it is possible to find something for yourself, although the choice is not super huge. Alcohol and drinks are very good here, but unfortunately not all bartenders understand the work of a bartender.(If you're there, run to the girl with curly hair and glasses, she's the best). The service is good, the room was cleaned stably, many people in the hotel understand Russian. There are two big disadvantages, the first is the music on site (lobby, restaurant, in the room area) she is alone, that is, for all days you will listen to a mix of 20 songs that turn on in a circle (on day 3, it feels like you are in groundhog day). There is no animation and this is not the fault of animatars, but only of the hotel. The animators try to bring it all out as much as possible, but when instead of music, you get purely Turkish howls and the same tracks (disco / evening of live music, etc.), it's difficult to do anything about it. Hello everyone My friends and I first came to this hotel in June 2024, we liked everything very much, but it didn't seem enough and returned in September 2024. We always rest in 5* (either new hotels, up to 5-7, or renovation).
1) Location:
very convenient, as right at the exit of the hotel there is a final bus stop to Side and Manavgat. There are coniferous forests around.
2) The territory
This is the first time in a hotel with such a small territory. but! There is absolutely no feeling of discomfort (perhaps not so many vacationers). Yes, there are nuances in the repair of furniture that is in constant use in the halls (this is not as critical as it seems to me). They smoke on the street almost everywhere, except in places of food (for us this is a minus). No one forbids you to go for a walk outside the hotel. The convoy is not worth it, There are only hotels around, with the same vacationers.
3) The beach
For the first time we went to a hotel where the beach is not on the first line. We thought it was a dubious story, but decided to take a chance, as we had heard a lot about this hotel and really wanted to visit it anyway.
So, a cart goes to the beach and back, every 5 minutes. But when we got there on it, we were surprised why we needed it at all. We walked for about two minutes. In hotels with the first coastline, it takes exactly the same time to go to the beach, and sometimes longer. Good access to the sea, lots of sun beds, there is a bar (drinks, food at lunchtime), a playground, showers. Actually, everything is like everyone else's.
4) Food
I was surprised that someone writes about tasteless food… The choice is huge! There are no porridges for breakfast and one soup option for lunch (there is a diet corner, but we did not look there). But we are not in Russia either 😁
Everything is fresh and delicious, in different variations. The queue of a maximum of 5 people is only for those dishes that are prepared by the chefs in fact. Breakfast in the main restaurant, lunch in the main restaurant, on the beach and by the pool, dinner in the main restaurant. There are many bars with drinks. With regard to strong alcohol, I can't say anything, since apart from beer (draught and bottled here), nothing has ever been taken. It's the same everywhere, (Efes). There are large refrigerators with plain water everywhere with a huge number of bottles of plain water. Very convenient. There is no queue.
5) Rooms
We have a standard (2vzr + 1 reb). There are rooms that overlook the wall of the neighboring hotel, but you can ask for the appropriate location when you make out. They're going to a meeting. The room is large (30m). The child has a full-fledged single bed. The only thing that can confuse someone is the bathroom and shower behind the frosted glass doors, and only 😅 It did not bother us at all, since we have only ladies). Cleaning every day, towels are changed. The mini-bar is free. Beer is only on the first day, but this is indicated in the information sheet. Again, there's plenty of it all over the hotel.
6) Staff
They are very friendly and helpful.
At least we haven't encountered any negativity yet. Upon check-in, a "compliment" was brought to the room (more often this is only on occasion. We obviously didn't have it)
7) Animation
If children's animation is important, then there is no point in coming here with children at all. The reference point is only for the adult audience. For the first time we came across the fact that the animators are not in contact with the guests. Only clearly according to the program.
To sum up, the quality of service corresponds to the invested funds.

We had a vacation with our daughter in July 2023. The hotel is very stylish, with an indescribable atmosphere of some kind of relaxation, a large number of different recreation areas in the building itself. In the evening, sit in the lobby with a cocktail or a glass of wine to the music of the piano (standing there) - 👍
The food seemed normal to me, generally not bad. Our Windows overlooked the river, a very beautiful view, considering that we lived on the 5th floor. The beach is good, but, however, the claimed buggy almost never goes there - all the time it is under repair. Although it was not far to go to the sea, they still counted on a buggy, so they had to go to the reception and swear, then I came. Another of the disadvantages: the lack of daytime animation and room cleaning (again, I had to fight a couple of times).
In general, we were satisfied with the rest, we remember with pleasure and think about going back there again

I stayed at the hotel from May 7 to May 21, 2024. A very atmospheric hotel. The friendly staff will always come to the rescue. All situations that you may have are resolved at the reception. Of the minuses, I speak only for my rest . My bed was changed in the room only after I went to the reception (at that time there were 6 nights) . The refrigerator in the room has not always been filled with its contents ( for this reason, I did not come to the reception . In general , I liked everything very well , not paying attention to the little things.

There is a queue at the cocktail bar only during the evening animation, the rest of the time there is no queue. There are three Ala-kart restaurants: fish, Turkish, and Italian. You can choose one. Italian is popular, it's gorgeous. But do not overeat with snacks, otherwise the last most delicious dish will no longer fit, and it is huge. Before it, 5 courses of everything are served: carpacho, caprese, salad, pasta, soup and only then the main course. We couldn't eat it because we ate everything in front of it, and even with bread. Alcohol (for those who are interested) is not limited to local species, there are many well-known brands to choose from. 4. Good, not yet broken sun beds on the beach. Now about the cons. The design idea is to make the bathroom not a separate room with a separate entrance, but to place the washbasin in fact in the room - well, excuse me. Vacationed with my husband at the Bosphorus Sorgun Hotel for a week in May 2024.
I managed to get to this hotel from the third time - the previous times when I planned a vacation, the hotel was "on the stop". The overall rating of the hotel is 4 plus. There are much better hotels in Turkey. We bought the tour from Biblioglobus, flew by Aeroflot. There are no comments in this part - no delays, transfer on comfortable new buses, a very pleasant guide Ekaterina met us and picked us up at the airport.
The "pros"
are a good five at one time, but without a wow effect, the second time we will not include it in the list of hotels to choose from;
- the hotel is relatively new, I haven't had time to "get tired" yet;
-location: 2-3 minutes walk to the sea, who is too lazy to go, electric cars run. Next to the hotel is the final stop of minibuses, you can easily get to the ancient city of Side, Novamall shopping center, Manavgata.
-food and drinks (alcoholic, used) are good;
-live music in the lobby every day - they play the piano;
-there is animation for children and adults (children's discos, aqua aerobics, shooting, water polo, beach volleyball, zumba, foam pool parties, maybe there is something else that I did not mention);
-The hotel is popular with countries such as Moldova, Ukraine, Russia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Germany.
"Cons"
- the hotel is still a party, every day until 23:00 there are parties with very loud music, so who wants to be quieter, rooms with a view of the river should not be considered;
-the entrance to the sea is quite sharp, the beach is sandy and pebbly;
-there is no pontoon in the sea, hence the disadvantage - there is no possibility to swim immediately at depth and you can not eat (have dinner) with a view of the sea and sunset;
-the hotel is designed for a large number of people and considering that the hotel is in demand - there are queues everywhere - at the pool bar, in the lobby (especially in the evening), in the dining room for breakfast, lunch and dinner, but the staff tries to work quickly;
-room cleaning is formal - towels, bed linen are changed and garbage is removed from the baskets. Wet cleaning or at least a vacuum cleaner is not carried out.

Красивый и замечательный отель. Отзывчивый и честный персонал, однажды забыли закрыть сейф в номере и ничего оттуда не пропало. Питание хорошее, но не особо разнообразное. всегда присутствуют блюда диетического стола.
Номера крошечные и прилично «уставшие», не подойдут для только познакомившихся пар. Двери в туалет и душ практически прозрачные и находятся совсем рядом с кроватью.
Катастрофическая нехватка вешалок, крючков и розеток.
Небольшой бассейн, лежаков у него на всех не хватает.
Зато прекрасный пляж, там всегда легко найти свободный лежак, чистые туалеты на пляже. Багги до пляжа ездят постоянно, но и дойти пешком можно всего за 5 минут по прекрасной дорожке.
Территория отеля чистая, но очень-очень маленькая, погулять совершенно негде.
Приглашают артистов для вечерней программы, но звуковое оборудование отеля плохо отрегулировано, посторонние шумы. Вечерние программы, в большинстве своем, скучные.
Персонал спа-комплекса слишком агрессивно навязывает доп услуги.

The first thing that caught my eye was the lack of bathrobes. As we were told, "Bathrobes are for newlyweds and regular customers." It's weird, but come on. Room cleaning is kind of there, but also kind of not. The towels were changed, but the stained bed linen was not changed in a week, even for a tip. There were pebbles left in the shower after the beach, and no one cleaned it either. The bar in the room is replenished, but beer, for example, is replenished only at the very beginning of the holiday. The cleaner, for some reason, stole or threw away our treats from the manavgat, although there were rings and watches in the room (
The territory is small, especially there is a lack of space in the pool. All the sun beds are occupied, it doesn't matter if it's 8 a.m. or 12 p.m., God grant that one sunbed for two is not found under the sun. The pool is empty at the same time.
Restaurant. I was more disappointed than pleased. There is a shortage of staff, tables do not have time to clean and update cutlery. We had to look for them ourselves, and often there were simply no devices. There were dirty and broken dishes. Huge queues, the food also left much to be desired. There seems to be a lot of it, but in fact there is nothing to eat. The meat could have been caught undercooked, the fish was presented either strongly salted or over–dried on the grill / pan, well, according to the classics - salads from yesterday's half-eaten products. Baklava, presented only at dinner, was very upset, it turned out that baklava bought at the market is many times tastier than at the hotel. Desserts, in general, are very strange – biscuits of different colors with tasteless cream and creams. Only on the Turkish night some new national desserts were prepared, and those turned out to be not super.
Bars and alcohol. There are a lot of them on the territory, as well as people in queues. You have to take several drinks at a time so that you don't have to stand every time. Cocktails are strange: in some bars they are heavily diluted, and in some, on the contrary, local alcohol is poured from the heart, while the effect of the drinks is the same – no.
I would like to say separately about coffee – it is impossible to drink it, it is very burnt. There is a starbucks on site, but don't get fooled. Although there is another grain, coffee is prepared in a regular coffee machine, just like on the
Beach. There are two ways to get to it: on foot and by golf cart. In any case, the journey will take no more than 5-7 minutes. If you walk, you can walk near the barbecue area or through a small park where camel feces from the beach are scattered.
The beach itself is very small and dirty. You can find cigarette butts, papers, food and plastic from the water in the sand, so walking barefoot is strictly not recommended. Employees of the spa and fur shop walk along the beach, they very persistently offer their services, they do not respond to refusals.
Spa workers are generally a separate topic, after refusing their services, the attitude changes at the moment, thank you for not throwing towels in your face. I swear, if they had the opportunity to force me into the spa, they wouldn't neglect it.
By the way, the staff from the shops speaks Russian better than the reception staff.
The wifi seems to be there, but it doesn't work so well, I can't say for sure because of the number of guests or the location of our room.
There is not a lot of entertainment in the hotel. The hotel is family-run, no one talks about any hangouts. You can go to the amphitheater near the pool with a strange program or to the terrace near the reception to stand in line for a drink and listen to not the best live performance.
Check out of the hotel was early, at 05:50, we went for an early breakfast. Of the food there is bread, butter/margarine and yoghurts with vegetables, which, apparently, continue to stand there until the main breakfast. The bar was closed.
We were highly recommended this hotel in terms of price-quality ratio, but somehow we did not get it. I don't know, maybe the staff is just tired of working since May. The hotel is not bad, but if you are visiting Turkey for the first time, it is better not to consider this hotel

Shampoo and gel tubes from previous tenants were left in the bathroom, and the toilet door creaked violently. The squeaking and tubes were eliminated after a call to the reception. Since we had a rest from July 1-10, 2024, there were sooo many people, there are no clean tables at breakfast, lunch, dinner. The hotel is overly advertised, because of this, the influx of tourists and the hotel can not cope. The room feels like it hasn't been vacuumed. Queues at the bar for 40 minutes. And a strange system - cocktails are not made in all bars. There is no animation. The evening shows are very weak. Rating 4* only for appearance, entrance to the sea 🌊 good and wonderful Italian ala kart.

The hotel was vacationing from October 11 to October 23, 2023. I liked everything very much. Food, drinks, beach pool, sauna for 5. The mini bar was replenished every day, only according to a strange scheme.. there are always drinks and juices, there is no Coke.. We were given a room with a view of the animation scene.. everyone was thinking.. We won't fall asleep. But considering the end of the season, there was no activity there, on the contrary, it was very cool to watch the concert sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine. In general, the hotel is decent, clean, the grand piano in the lobby is super, the issues are solved at the reception successfully. I would definitely come back!

Отель хороший,чистый.
Персонал приветливый!
На ресепшен девочки прекрасно говорят на русском языке ,мы люди не молодые,дали шикарный номер 7060 вид на речку! Красота! Тишина!
Номер не большой, но нам хватает.
Боялись за Комаров, их нет!
Заселили в 14-00
Еда отличная, все вкусно, не знаю кому всего мало, …голодные не будете.
Рыба каждый день-Дорадо,сибас,были тигровые креветки. Все отлично.
Для ценителей кофе- в баре варят вкусный кофе.хожу смаковать туда..😀
Море: шикарное
Лежаков много
Заход отличный для взрослых- сразу глубина, для детей наверное Не удобно.
Вода чистая!
Отель однозначно буду рекомендовать знакомым!

In both cases, with different diagnoses, doctors found poisoning as a result of the last meal. The deterioration in both cases began after dinner, except for the hotel, they did not eat anywhere. I have to leave in 2 days, but I haven't been discharged from the hospital yet. We lost money for hotel accommodation and part of the money for a pre-paid tour. The hotel denies involvement.

We were in September 2023. Great hotel, clean, modern. The rooms are great, not tired yet. The restaurant is huge, there are several bars on the territory. The beach is about 5 minutes on foot or by car for about 30-40 seconds.
There is a bar and food on the beach, you don't have to come back for lunch in the afternoon. The sea is divine, warm and very clean.
There is a transport stop near the hotel. It is easy to get to Side or Manavgat.

We had a vacation with my husband in October 2023. The hotel is beautiful, there is almost no territory. The room had a view of the pool and the sea. Towels were changed every day. The shower and toilet are in glass partitions, the door is also glass. The glass is frosted, but it's still visible, audible and uncomfortable)).
There were chubby red-haired ants in the room. At a meeting with the hotel guide, we voiced this problem, but we heard the answer that this was not a problem because in Side all houses are infected with ants.

Отличный отель, лучший за последнее время. Были с 28 авг по 07 сен. Погода отличная была, море супер, в 8:30 утра очень теплое.
Отношение в отели у всего персонала - класс. Дают бесплатные билеты на кофе в Старбаксе).
Питание каждое день было новое, баранина, креветки, роллы и огромное количество фруктов ожидало нас!
Алкоголь на баре в Лобби: Чивас Ригал, Джек Дэниэлс, Гордонс, Бифитер. Даешь пару $ барменам, и у тебя отличный вечер обеспечен).
Жили на 7 этаже с видом на реку, тишина! Рекомендую на рецепшн - Людмилу, всегда помогала в любых просьбах, очень будем рады вернуться туда снова! Спасибо

The view from the balcony is gorgeous!

We had a rest on October 23. The very end of the season, so there was almost no activity. The hotel is not a party hotel at all, keep this in mind, yes, it is "instagrammed", but not a party hotel!!! We don't need it, so we had a great rest! Do not worry that this is like a second line - there will be no hotels in front of you, it's really two minutes walk to the sea. The sea is beyond praise, the beach is sandy, and the entrance to the sea is small pebbles, it does not hurt your feet, so there is no turbidity, the sea is like in Kemer. The food was good, there was a lot of everything and it was delicious. According to the content, this is a very diverse company - German pensioners, Polish couples, Russians with children, and Turks. I will not undertake to evaluate the staff..... but it was clear that they were tired at the end of the season (they weren't rude, of course, but I didn't see much speed even for a couple of bucks).
We liked the hotel, but we wouldn't go the second time, we don't like to relax in the same place twice, we think it's better to see as much as possible, even if the rest was just super. Good luck to everyone.

Отдыхали семьёй из трех человек (2 взрослых + 1 ребёнок 5ти лет) в период 08.09-15.09 в данном отеле. Сформулировали плюсы и минусы.
Плюсы:
1. Близость к морю, каждые 5 мин ходит карт
2.На море всё есть (шезлонги, зонтики, напитки, души, детская площадка, снек бар)
3.Иногда играет музыкант на рояле в лобби (очень красиво поёт)
4.На территории много котиков
5.При отеле есть детский бассейн с навесом (0.4 метра глубиной)
6.В целом бассейны хороши, а левое "ухо" обогревается
Минусы:
1. Уборка номеров (в номере при заселении было очень грязно, при запросе уборки её не выполняли, а лишь застилали кровать) фото приложено
2.Отель весьма "уставший" (снаружи красивая картинка, а внутри все держится на скотче, в номере убитый ламинат, слабый кондиционер, заметно использование дешёвых строительных материалов, плесень в туалете и душе)
3.Планировка номера (душ и туалет совмещены с комнатой для проживания). Если идёшь в туалет то слышно будет всем)
4.Очень долгое ожидание лифтов, отель большой из 8ми этажей и добраться до выхода проблематично
5.Скорость работы Wi-Fi - очень убогая, даже видео не посмотреть, все в "квадратиках"
6.На территории отеля нет выделенной зоны для курения. Люди курят рядом с детьми не церемонясь, даже в процессе завтрака, обеда и ужина.
7.Полностью отсутствует детская анимация - детский клуб работает 2 часа в день(. Детское диско полностью не впечатлило
8.Как следствие пункта 7, нет детского меню, одни булки, еда очень переприправлена.
9.Большие очереди за едой, нужно набраться сил, чтобы заказать сок ребёнку или макароны без приправ
10.Будьте осторожны при выборе номера (вид на реку - вечером дискотека, которая создаёт землетрясение в отеле, вид на бассейн - не будет дневного покоя с 9-19 играет громко музыка)
11.Отсутствуют магазины с адекватной ценой, есть магазины при отеле, но ценники там заоблачные
12.Шампуни, гели для душа, мыло берите с собой, и освежитель для воздуха (см. пункт 3)ничего не пополняют ,либо изначально не было при заселении . Что странно для 5*.
13.Небольшая территория отеля (не погулять особо)
14.Далеко ехать до аптеки, если вдруг понадобилось что-то.
15.Не все сотрудники отеля знают не то, что русский, но и английский (lifeguard в бассейне)
16.Попадалась битая и грязная посуда. Возникают вопросы к её мытью и осмотру
17.В номере довольно темно с включёнными светильниками.
18.Программа развлечения отеля - вруби погромче, а там посмотрим и так каждый день, особенно, пн, ср, пт
19.Алкоголь местного производства, не рисковали пробовать. Пили с супругой только бутылочные напитки.
20.Пляж - местами крупная галька + резкий перепад глубины
Как вывод: отдых в данном отеле точно не для семей с детьми, а скорее для молодёжи. И вызывает вопрос то, что это отель 5*. Максимум это 3.
В общем, сюда не вернемся больше)

Еда отличная, большой ассортимент мясных блюд, любителям рыбы так же не придётся скучать, в общем с питанием в этом отеле всё отлично! Обслуживание хорошее, персонал вежливый. Номера современные, просторные, панорамные окна с выходом на лоджию. Пляж не далеко, мелкая галька, заход в море хороший, всё чисто и аккуратно. Территория отеля не велика но очень красиво и грамотно обустроена.

Крутой отель, очень понравился! Русскоговорящих персонал, подобрали хороший номер. Девочка аниматор Маргарита прекрасно общается и занимается с ребятишками. Расположение отличное, рядом автобусная остановка, можно в город съездить. Пляж - камушки, но нас это не напрягало!

Были в этом отеле в июне, нам очень понравился. Питание разнообразное, вид на море отличный, номера чистые, убирали каждый день, но неудобные душевая и туалет. На пляж постоянно курсирует машинка, но мы ходили пешком, чтобы была хоть какая то активность. Пляж чистый, галька, много лнжаков.Единственный минус мало анимации днём и вечером её практически нет( есть с чем сравнить).
