We stayed at the hotel from May 11 to May 16, 2023, at first we thought that it seemed, but then we were convinced that it wasn't.
Ukrainians were placed in the area of the bar and restaurant where breakfast is served, respectively, due to the political situation, they serve Russians with contempt and create visible problems of stay, thereby dropping the level of a 5-star hotel.
For 5 nights we paid 175 thousand for a double room with breakfast. We were accommodated in a room with windows overlooking the courtyard of either a school or a kindergarten, and every morning we listened to the children's screams outside the window. The room is not bad, cleaning every day. There are no blackout curtains in the room, only blinds.
All these are trifles compared to the fact that Ukrainians were hired at the bar, the quality of whose work depends on the nationality of the guests.
