We went to dinner on Saturday, pre-booked a table because the center and a lot of people who want to get there. I really liked the unobtrusive service (thank you Alexander)). Snacks flew with a bang. Burata is my favorite. Salads have a very tasty dressing, shrimp are not spared. Lasagna is tender, delicious meat. Next time I will come to try the author's cocktail card.
The title of the tasteless lasagna in my life is awarded to lasagna from Bosco. The composition contains bechamel sauce, which was not found (see the photo, you can not only mine, the story is the same there), just pasta with minced meat, dry, very dry. Also, for me personally, spices are weak, bolognese is bland. Unfortunately for me, it was the "edge" of the mold that I got, so the edges were perfectly baked and were oak (I know in some regions of Italy they like this, but we are not in Italy, and it is unlikely that we will have lovers of crunching hard pasta. The drinks arrived 10-15 minutes after the order, although we were sitting exactly opposite the bar. Among the advantages: Busya the waitress, the location is convenient, the music is not stressful.
update: it is normal that on a Saturday evening, the administrator (in a gray suit with dark hair), instead of meeting the guests and escorting them to "places seemingly hidden from the entrance," personally cut the cake to one table, rejoiced with them for something, while the guests at the entrance did not have attention at all, turned around and left?
