The admin explained that the master does not have time between clients, which seemed strange. Overwritten to another master. When they came, Catherine came with us. We asked her why she did not want to accept us, to which we received a frank answer-I just came to work. 😖Strange behavior without apologies. Apparently they don't appreciate customers. To the question of the master, will you take a haircut? She was refused. It didn't matter, they wouldn't have gone to her already. 3 stars due to the attitude towards customers and lack of service. The rest is 5 in quality. I recommend adequate craftsmen.

After visiting this institution, I was 100% satisfied. Very polite young people are sitting at the reception. I'll come 10 minutes before the appointment, they gave me coffee. The master I got to did everything perfectly, picked up the haircut option himself and the result was gorgeous.
