The location is amazing - an atmospheric Gothic quarter, one step from the main historical St. Jaume square and from the cathedral. 24-hour front desk. The rooms are in very good condition - both the bathroom and the room. From the balcony you can look at the main square, there is some kind of cultural movement there. And a little further you can see the Rambla plane trees)) Great hotel!!!

Good afternoon, scammers are using the wrong word, I'm not in Barcelona yet, but I've already been cheated out of 22 euros. It's a shame that you can't prove anything to anyone, we are disenfranchised suckers there, which of course turns away from the people of Barcelona. It is indicated everywhere that you need to contact trusted sources when renting a home – Booking. Last Friday, I booked a hotel through Booking with no cancellation for 280 euros. Naively believing that this is the euro zone, and we will need euros, I sent the Booking the details of the bank card with the euro currency. An hour later, the hotel charged me $ 369, which is 302 euros. Again, naively believing that the Booking would support me, I wrote to the Booking Office, to which they asked for proof, I sent them an account statement, and the Booking was gone. A few days have passed, I wrote to the Booking support service a couple more times, and nothing in response. Then I wrote to the JAUME I hotel (I highly recommend it to no one), located in the Gothic Quarter near the station of the same name. The hotel wrote to me that my bank was to blame. I called the bank, they said that I had been billed in dollars. I wrote to the hotel again, in a letter I asked to return 22 euros to me, or return all the money, they say I will pay with a dollar card, so as not to lose on the course, I do not give up the room, I thought to solve everything peacefully, find a compromise. They wrote to me from the hotel, if you don't want to come, but we won't refund your money. Here's a trusted source Booking for you, here's the eurozone and residents living off tourists. Unfortunately, the issue has not been resolved and I still have to go to this hotel, which extremely overshadows the trip and impressions.
