This is a sanatorium with a wide range of services. We stayed for one night, we were given dinner for three. The location is good, along the river, 10-15 minutes to the park.Dinner at the restaurant, with a buffet, the food is varied and delicious. There was a performance by the choir, Georgian singers. Indoor and outdoor swimming pool,sauna from 20:00-22:00. Gym and so on. There is an ATM. Parking space. Slightly outdated design and renovation, but cozy

There are a lot of people, it's noisy, there's a lot of devastation around the hotel, as well as inside. There is no single adequate style, everything is stuck anywhere, you can even easily get lost in the hotel, the furniture is ancient and dead, musical doors, the hair of previous guests is not cleaned on the floor, incomprehensible divorces on the sofa, there are not even tea bags and sugar in the room, the Internet works disgusting. I also liked the bathroom doors, half made of glass, which is perfectly visible. The hotel clearly does not deserve its four stars.

Good hotel , good attitude of the employees .
It is located a little high from the park and the spring, the price for accommodation and services is too high. We rested in 2019 and 2024, the changes are not for the better.

The service is super, everything is conveniently located. The kitchen is great, the people are friendly. One huge drawback I was there in the cold and did not see the whole beauty, but this is a claim to myself.

We had a big vacation in April. I liked everything except the treatment (all procedures can be purchased (((the package includes one procedure for everything you like the rest of the paid program. We solved the problem with excursions .We drank wine for 12 days))))

We were there a few years ago and it was a complete delight. All treatment is based on Borjomi water: baths, inhalations, leaking through all the holes. 😊. Even mineral water comes from the tap. Excellent rooms, excellent food, live fortified music during dinner, excellent treatment. Friendly Russian-speaking staff at the medical complex, consulting doctors come from Tbilisi, all with academic degrees. Amazing nature. I would love to go there again.

The hotel is terrible...there is no service. The spa is some kind of parody...there is dirt and looseness everywhere. I paid 70 euros for the room. I really regret the lost money...

We were in June 2018 with my family. Great hotel. Excellent cuisine. I liked the cinema. I liked the restaurant, the cuisine is super, the concert performance of Georgian singers and dancers is a complete delight. Among the disadvantages - the sauna did not work, the water in the pools was cold, the playrooms for children did not work. WiFi didn't work well throughout the territory, but it's really free. I recommend this hotel to visit. If there is an opportunity, we will come again.

+: The hotel is located close to the bus station, supermarket and cafes.
-: The hotel is very shabby in places (more precisely, there are new repairs in places), in reality everything is worse than in the photo. There seems to be a large selection of dishes for breakfast, but it is impossible to eat. In the evening, horror is happening in the restaurant: smoky, dirty tables, rude waiters, live music from the repertoire of the Russian south of the beginning of 2000 (white swan on the pond, etc.). Why it is impossible to separate a restaurant from a disco in a health resort remains a mystery. Their shish kebab is meat heated in a frying pan in a large amount of oil, disgusting. Ojahuri is a potato salad, fu be. I hope they didn't spit in the drinks.
The hammam is so-so, massage therapists talk to each other more than they do massage.

The hotel left a very pleasant impression! Attentive staff, delicious and varied cuisine. Separately, I would like to mention cosmetology specialists for their creative approach to work. An interesting evening program and a warm friendly atmosphere created a sense of celebration.

Great hotel. Beautifully decorated. The food is delicious, a variety of pastries. Rooms are equipped with a TV, refrigerator and safe. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the territory, the speed is consistently good. They bring water from Borjomi. There is a spa, my wife praised it. There is a swimming pool.
