The hotel is not new, but the condition is very good. The room was given a spacious one with a beautiful view. Everything is clean and tidy.
We went to the spa, looked at the price list, the employees were busy talking to each other, they didn't offer us anything. We also took a buffet dinner. The filling is not bad, high-quality Georgian cuisine. There were delicious cheeses, sausages, sweets and fruits! I was very surprised that there was no wine... They didn't even give me any additional menu. I had to go to the bar myself, buy 2 glasses of wine there and bring them to the restaurant... You don't expect this from a 5* hotel.
Bottom line: I liked the hotel itself, but not the service
Great place, the hotel is normal, like the good old Turkish five. The rooms are spacious and clean, everything is there and bathrobes and slippers and cosmetics. All the staff is Russian-speaking, although it is not clear why. If you are from Russia, then do not expect hospitality, the attitude is indifferent, as if you are not there. Even the clock above the reception with Moscow time was removed.
The SPA and pool are clean and decent.
Breakfast and dinner are extremely meager.
huge territory, beautiful hammam. Plentiful breakfasts. An equipped source.
This is where the advantages are exhausted. Old, poorly maintained, the savings are visible in everything. The spirit of the Soviet sanatorium is soaring.
The reception staff is friendly and multilingual, and the restaurant only speaks Georgian. Order scrambled eggs in the morning a whole quest
We stayed at the hotel for 2 days, came to see if it was worth taking a trip here as to a sanatorium with treatment. I didn't like it. A hotel with a well-worn renovation. Scratches, scuffs, dirty carpet, old towels. The rooms are poorly cleaned, you can say they are not cleaned at all. The food in the restaurant is not delicious, the pastries are not fresh. As if there is a lot of choice , but there is nothing to choose. I gave such an assessment only for the beautiful nature, mountains, and air. But, unfortunately, this does not apply to the hotel. For that kind of money, you can and should look for something better. We are disappointed, we will not return here, that's for sure.
A cozy and quiet place.
The room is spacious with gorgeous large windows, the spa area is good.
The breakfasts are not bad, but no frills.
The most feil is the restaurant on the top floor.
Everything was not tasty, salad, khachapuri and meat, disappointed.
A large green area. On the banks of the river there is a pump room with mineral water 24/7. This is primarily a sanatorium, not a hotel. A large swimming pool with a terrace. The rooms are clean. The staff is pleasant.
We are staying at the hotel for the second week. The impression is depressing. The rooms are large, but the cleaning is very poor. The furniture in the rooms and in the restaurant on the ground floor is very worn out. The carpet in the rooms is so dirty that it is impossible to walk without shoes. The food is not tasty, it is simple to the primitive, and most importantly, it is made from very low quality products. (I understand that it's a sin to talk about food like that. But I want people to understand what awaits them.). Over the past 10 days, neither the dietitian nor the chief doctor have been seen in the dining room, although the institution positions itself as a SANATORIUM. It is not possible to get the procedures included in the cost of meals in the "sanatorium" completely, because the procedures that are contraindicated to you are not allowed to be interchanged by the chief physician of the sanatorium. And this means that you are simply being brazenly robbed. And additionally, you are offered to perform the procedures you need for a fee. It is a pity that there is such a sanatorium in hospitable Georgia.
Super 5 star hotel. Everything is fine, the location, the park, the pump room. The service for the guests is above expectations.
One minus is damn expensive.
A magnificent hotel with a large and gentrified territory and very high-quality service. There is a source of Likani mineral water on site. The rooms are large and clean. The view of the mountains is amazing! 10/10.
They were severely poisoned by food in the restaurant on the first floor, plus they grabbed Covid. The furniture in the restaurant is shabby in places, the prices for food, in my opinion, do not match the quality
1. Number: for a family of five, we had a lovely two-room suite with a Jacuzzi. I really liked the cleanliness and comfort in the room, the service was excellent (small bathrobes were brought for younger children), shampoo/conditioner were perfect for my hair (in 99% of cases, hotels cannot boast of this).
2. Hotel: very varied breakfast menu. For lunch/dinner we chose the Bagrationi Hotel upstairs. The prices are reasonable for a hotel of this level, and the food is very tasty. Especially the small Adjarian khachapuri and lobio!
3. Park: there is a beautiful park around the hotel where you can take long walks with children. There is a playground. It's all clear.
4. Services: I took an additional anti-stress massage and a chocolate wrap, both were at a height!
Definitely, on our next visit to Borjomi, we stay only at this hotel. I don't even want to try anything else.
The hotel staff is rude and arrogant, the guards shout at people and threaten. It feels like they don't need guests. They are not allowed in the park, the sights are closed for viewing. Such positive impressions of Borjomi were spoiled.
everything is super — hotel, service, nature, cuisine, cleanliness.

+ good building, high-quality equipment. Former Rixos. They exploit the remnants of former luxury.
+ large, partially manicured territory.
+ there is a bicycle rental for $ 5 per hour.
+ a good SPA. Massage 60 min about 50 $
+ there is security on site.
- The disco music of the 2000s is playing impossibly loud at the reception. Is this really a luxury hotel?
- Sometimes they invite a violinist who is out of tune so that it is impossible to be around. Don't the employees hear it themselves?
- Before you register at the reception, you will be attacked by a tour agent who will try to sell you a tour for a long time. Even if you politely, persistently refuse, he will repeat daily attempts. We are not in Egypt with three stars!!
- Rooms for $ 250 per day are poorly cleaned. They wash the dishes and do the laundry only after 2-3 calls at the reception. There are no hand wipes and hygiene kits. For every occasion, you need to call and ask. They save on everything. The service of the Soviet sanatorium.
- The staff snaps when you point out their poor-quality work to them and immediately stops understanding English or Russian)))
- Low-quality hair conditioner. It smells bad and dries your hair.
- The neighbors smoke on the balconies all the time, and the balconies are located close. Bulls are thrown directly from the balcony.
- The breakfast is very average. On solid three stars. A small selection of dishes.
- Not all waiters speak English or Russian. Be prepared that they will not bring you what you wanted.
- The food in the restaurant is disgusting! How can this be allowed to happen?? We ordered an ordinary Georgian salad, they poured vinegar over it so that then the stomach ached. The next time they asked for it with lemon juice and without vinegar. So they added Chili peppers from themselves! By the way, there was no vinegar or Chili on the menu. Be prepared for surprises.
- There was no signature dish in the restaurant on the 6th floor. Is this normal)))?
- In the end, my husband was poisoned in a restaurant on the 6th floor. An allergen was added to the dish. We noticed it too late. Although we always ask in advance not to! They replied, well, it's just a spice, without it the taste will be different! He stayed alive well.
- Having been taught that everything needs to be clarified, they asked which dish your chef turns out best. They say it's a steak. Ok. So they brought a hastily defrosted, boiled-overcooked-burnt something that they refused to remove from the bill. It was inedible.
- The room service is open 24 hours, but there are about 10 dishes on the menu. The staff refused to bring scrambled eggs or porridge to the room in the morning. Eat pizza or pasta for breakfast))
- During the period from 11 to 14, you can only eat in the room. The lobby bar couldn't cook scrambled eggs.
- The pool was closed for almost a week for cleaning. So, check the dates in advance.
- at night, drunken people shout songs under the windows for a long time. Why aren't the guards watching this?
- The cost of the taxi that you will call depends on the employee who is currently working at the reception. The cost for the same route differs by 2.5 times. Corruption is everywhere.
- well, by the way, no mention of the hotel in the media. They found it by accident. Instagram is not informative and is mostly in Georgian. Does the manager really think that the main hotel guests are from Georgia and are willing to pay $ 200-250 per day?
- Georgia is now one of the few countries open in the world. The tourist flow is higher than in previous years. It is a pity that the hotel is run by an absolute layman who cannot provide high-quality service. In order not to be disappointed, I recommend going to another place in beautiful Georgia.
There were procedures for 3, everything else is 5. A beautiful place. In the courtyard of the royal palace, you can walk around. The river is on the territory. Opposite is an ancient ruined tower. A little further on, the royal greenhouses are also dilapidated. The place is heavenly. No wonder the Romanovs rested there.
I liked it very much. The Romanov Estate.
the hotel has an excellent swimming pool, a lot of steam rooms. the service is at the highest level, The rooms are large and spacious, Everything in the rooms is thought out to the smallest detail, The territory is large for walking.
