When the waiter was called, they told us that the kebabs were frozen, that's why they were cooking for so long. It confused us, but I don't work in catering, so I don't know the subtleties. Although I think that the marinade is prepared either in a day or day in a day. After some time, the long-awaited kebabs were brought to us and then we notice the sticks from the cradle in the plate.
