Good location, art gallery, everything would seem fine! But here's a little thing, it would seem: I'm handing over a book, a book on the history of M. V. Dovnar - Zapolsky. It is interesting, but there is not enough time for a detailed study. I explain to the librarian, I ask her to accept the book and give it back. The answer was amazing: "Come back in a week!", and why not at the same time? I came ahead of time on purpose so that there would be no questions about the delay of the book, in response to a misunderstanding. What is the problem? Unwillingness or inflexibility of the employee? Or an instruction? And the interest disappeared, but there was a residue after communicating with such a specialist. Now there is no desire to approach this building! Isn't it possible to turn your face to the reader, to interest him, to offer a cultural service? Should the forms and instructions be rotated for the convenience of people, not just employees? The opinion is subjective!
A real cultural center of the city. Various events for children and adults, art and photo exhibitions are constantly held. There is also a magnificent art gallery of the artist Valery Shkarubo, which is a must-visit!
I don't know how it is in the library itself, we came from Minsk specifically to the Valery Shkarubo art gallery. A charming girl (sorry, I didn't ask for the name) conducted an exciting tour for our company of adults and children. We are not artists, we are not related in any way, but it was very interesting and the paintings were fascinating.
