I give 5 stars, for a very sincere hostess! I travel by motorcycle, stayed there for one day and I had to leave the next day at 5:20. I asked if we could come up with something with breakfast by 5 a.m. (leave something in the evening), to which I received an answer, of course you will have breakfast at 5 a.m. That's what happened, they got up so early for me and cooked scrambled eggs, brought salad, cottage cheese, jam, cookies. I definitely recommend it because of such a warm welcome. The price/quality is fully consistent.

Wi-Fi works well, I watched a movie on YouTube. They settle earlier, there is such an option. The location is good, but not the center, km to the historical place. In Ichan-Kala, for the same price of 146,000 soums (booking, level 3 genius), you can rent a room, I found out later. The dates I was on were March 2023. There are shops near the hotel. The cafes are a little far away, you will have to walk.
The hostel has a good and delicious breakfast. They feed modestly, but with a soul, and it feels, many thanks to the owners for this, and special thanks to the owner's daughter for a delicious breakfast. Slippers, towels, shower, water, soap, shampoo, everything was there. Take a walk down the street here and you will see a completely different Khiva, it's wonderful to see all its sides. Khiva just won my heart, and especially her people! Thanks to this place for the hospitality.

Quiet, calm, clean, cozy, good breakfast - I liked everything. We arrived by train and were already at the hotel at 9 a.m. We wanted to ask to leave our things, but we were immediately checked in!! And how nice it was to take a shower after a night on a stuffy train! There are only pleasant impressions about this hotel. Plus, it is located almost next to the fortress, very convenient.
