Pros: it is located almost in Almaty. The infrastructure is well developed: name what you need and I will tell you where it is in Boraldai.
Cons: the dirtiest air according to environmentalists. The roads leave much to be desired. There are very few bus routes and very heavy traffic on the roads. During rush hour (which is from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.), it is very problematic to drive through Boraldai.

The Diana store may not be particularly different from similar ones at home, but it is always perfectly clean, like in an operating room. Friendly service and pleasant communication. It's a nice shop.
