A favorite vacation spot for several years now.
The location is excellent, the rooms are excellent, the service is excellent, the territory is excellent, the nearest infrastructure is excellent, the beach is the best in Abkhazia, if you are not afraid of pebbles and steep entry into the sea. Mom is 78, she can't swim, but in aqua shoes and with me on her arm, she went into the water every day. Further: The hosts are beyond praise! A wonderful mini-hotel, Alvina is a responsive, kind, clean hostess. It's great that the hotel is small, no one bothers anyone. A very big plus, the order, 3 minutes walk to the sea, cafes and shops within walking distance. We visited Alvina twice, although we do not like to repeat and go to the same place, but this place is just fine!

This is not the first time we have come here on January 2. Very friendly hosts.
The room is clean and cozy. Shower, air conditioning, Internet. The kitchen is outside. But even in winter, you can go and, if desired, cook or warm up tea.

Everything is great!!! It is located next to the sea! Shop ,cafe,bakery,coffee shop within walking distance! The owners! Everything is in the living room. Dishes,microwave,stove,washing machine.The only negative thing about the hotel is that there is an evening animation for children and a disco for adults across the street. I can hear it well. But it's until 22.00. You can be patient/ or join us/. The hotel is good, I recommend it!
