It's very simple, the linen has never been clean in 14 days, but the room was cleaned every day, which is a plus, the great advantage of the location is 7 minutes to the beach.

We stayed at this hotel in November 2023. 20 nights approximately. We were satisfied. For a small amount of money, a normal situation. We had breakfast at the Aspery hotel next door. Although it was possible to have breakfast in ours. The room was cleaned well, on time. We would have come here, but there is no financial opportunity yet

A wonderful budget hotel. We are currently resting here. The rooms are modest but clean. Cleaning, change of towels every day. Change of linen every other day. The staff is very friendly. The pool is small, but clean and cozy. We swam, we liked it. It's in the daytime, in the heat. There is shade and the water is relatively cool. The hotel has an open lobby with a kitchen. The hostess of the cafe kitchen is an excellent cook. The menu is small, but everything is very tasty. The prices were monitored, inexpensive. The beach is a five-minute walk at a calm pace. Bangle Road and the shopping center are a ten- fifteen minute walk away. Very convenient location. The price for accommodation for 14 nights is 15120 baht. On a budget. The room has air conditioning and a fan. I highly recommend it. Quiet, calm, cozy. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

A nice hotel with an ideal location, in an alley away from the noise and the road. And at the same time 5 minutes walk to the beach, 12 minutes to Bangla Road. The beach in the Northern part of Patong is significantly cleaner than the Southern and Central ones, the water is clear. There are many shops and cafes nearby.

The feeling of a family hotel, the friendly hostess and her family are always ready to help in solving any issue. Excellent location, everything a tourist needs nearby. The rooms overlook either the courtyard or a not very busy street. There are good breakfasts on the 1st floor at very affordable prices.
