We had a rest in Vitebsk. The weather was rainy, there was no way to walk around the city. We went into the playroom with the child. The child liked it very much. There are three trampolines, cars for kids, a plastic large two-story toy house, two maze-crawlers, a carousel, a small dry pool. There is a steam train that rides and rides the guys for a fee, but we did not ride. In principle, it's not bad. The children had fun from the bottom of their hearts!

The center is very good and at a budget price. There is a kid zone and mazes for older children. A good climbing wall. There are many places for parents where you can wait for children while they are cutting circles. There are rooms for birthday parties and animators. Tables are provided to sit and have a snack, and ice cream and other snacks (pizza, pancakes) are available, prices are also not very high. But I singled out a huge minus for myself - alcoholic beverages at the checkout stand right in a row in the most prominent place. Somehow, I don't have a children's center and champagne with vodka. Moreover, drunk people can behave differently and not always adequately.

It's a great place. The ticket works for the whole day, you can leave and come back. Parents can climb into the maze, i.e. it is made strong enough to be allowed.
Special thanks to the girl who works here. Kindness itself, maximum patience. My child, with an interval of 5-10 minutes, asked to buy either juice or potatoes, not a word or an intonation of irritation that it could be taken at one time. I tried to get through where I wasn't supposed to - they said very gently and politely that I couldn't.
Both the child and I had extremely pleasant impressions.

I do not recommend this center, especially since there are a lot of other good entertainment for children in the city!!!!!
We were birthday guests, very dirty!!!
I went to buy coffee at the bar in a boorish, commanding tone to me -You don't see I have a lot of orders in 10 minutes come over!!!I just turned around and left, bought coffee in the mall itself!
And in general, there are a lot of little things that spoiled the mood for both us and the children, from the very threshold it immediately feels like you are not welcome !!!Dear director, the owners of this center, I kindly ask you to have a conversation with your employees, and it's better to find people who will be more interested in their work!!!!

We visit the entertainment center very often, especially events (New Year, Halloween, etc.). I am very pleased that the organizers are trying to add and update something in the center. Friendly administrators and animators. The child runs to the center with pleasure, does not want to leave. Yes, and the prices are quite affordable.

We celebrated the child's birthday at the Boom entertainment center and were left with an unpleasant aftertaste. The children liked both trampolines and the maze, but there are a lot of additional paid entertainment that is simply imposed. I understand to offer once, but when they begin to almost force it is not very pleasant. We took cars for a fee, and they were driving a little. As a result, half of the paid time the children just sat in cars. They refused the train, but the administrator turned it on anyway so that the children started asking. Although we were alone in the center. And then the music was turned off. We ordered a room for 2 hours. At the end of the time, we started to gather and stayed for 2 minutes, to which the administrator came into the room and said that we should have been outside for 2 minutes already. Although the center is open until 20:00, and we had a room until 19:30.It was very unpleasant and uncomfortable in front of the guests. There were unpleasant impressions of the service.

The center itself is good, but the staff itself cannot convey it in words. Horror. Impudent tactless boors, no respect for the visitor. I don't advise anyone to go there. They ruined the holiday and all the good mood with their attitude. A very bad impression was left by the administrators of the boom, the cars do not work, do not start. And time is limited. Out of a 5-minute drive, 2-3 minutes tried to start cars, as a result, in fact, the children rode for only 2 minutes instead of the allotted time, they were no longer allowed. In short, all parents are very unhappy, we will not go there anymore.

On 07/31/2022, the child's birthday was celebrated (children's room No. 1 was ordered). Everything was fine for the first 15 minutes of our stay there, and then the staff showed all their "competence and customer orientation" in full glory. I was called to the cashier (there were two employees there, I did not pay attention to the positions) and began to clarify whether we were familiar with their internal rules, etc. The essence of the dialogue was that we have a lot of people, but we made a very small order at the bar and that you can not bring juice and alcohol with you (although when we booked the room, it was announced that these drinks can be purchased from them, but it was not said that you can not bring it with you) and that it was our fault that we did not specify this when booking the room. The dialogue was structured in the form of a claim and "subtraction". After a while, they clarified with me that we had decided whether we would order something else or not?
When the husband asked the employee that it was possible to proceed with the ordered animation, he was answered: "until you pay, there will be no animation." I don't understand what the problem is and why the staff didn't offer to make the payment as soon as they arrived. All the staff were unfriendly, with the look of a "cornered horse". To sum up: a complete lack of service, friendliness towards the client and a complete lack of desire to visit this center again, and even more so to celebrate any celebration there!!!
