It all started from the moment of booking, the girl warned that the table was "narrow" — narrow is so narrow, it's okay. As it turned out, the table was not just "narrow", but low, below knee level for me. This is a coffee table, it is by no means designed for people to sit at it and eat whole dishes. There was nowhere to transplant, I had to stay there.
Next, we faced difficulties trying to place an order. The waiters did not come up themselves, but it is unclear who to call, because it is unclear who is the waiter, who is not, since they have neither uniforms nor nameplates.
The drinks were brought to us at the same time, which is good, and they were not bad either. There are no complaints about them. We ordered four dishes — the first three arrived quickly enough, but we waited an hour for the third. We asked the waiters several times when it would be, each time we heard something like "Let's go now" in response - we never came up... Of course, the waiters work hard on holidays, there are a lot of customers and orders, nevertheless, it was not very convenient to constantly catch the waiters (and again, guess who the waiter and who is not) and ask them the same thing, without any answer. Moreover, although the dishes were very beautiful, they were just mediocre in taste.
That was the end of our visit to the restaurant, but our troubles with them were not. They did not refund the prepayment to us. They claimed that the amount of the prepayment was deducted from the bill, which was completely untrue. I had to argue with them for two days about this. It took several hours to wait for answers from them, and they talked in an impolite tone. As a result, after I sent them a photo of the receipt, the payment history in mbank, and the transaction history with my card, where it was clearly written that on March 8 at 16:10 I paid the amount at Bono's restaurant without calculating the prepayment, they said they would contact the accountant, after which the money finally they returned it... half a day later.
The dishes, drinks and the interior are very beautiful — there is no doubt about it. But, this is the only good thing in this restaurant. The service and the arrogant attitude towards customers made us very sad.
