I signed up for a perm. The hair grew out and had to be done from the roots to the grown length. At the reception, she clarified whether such a procedure was being done. They replied that of course. No problem. I came by appointment today, but Master Gulnara said that she DOES NOT LIKE to do such a perm... And I had to leave with nothing. And I planned to leave beautiful. Apparently the client is not important in this salon. The masters decide for themselves who to work with and what to do. I don't usually write negative reviews. But here... You can't even think of such an absurdity. Although I had a pedicure before and it was done perfectly. Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the master. And the impression of the salon was very bad. Cadres solve a lot of things. Note to the owners.
