It is clear that much attention is paid to the quality of the products. Now for the dishes that I have tried. Borscht is excellent in quality of execution and taste. A separate charm is given by beef smoked either in a smoker or in a ceramic barbecue-style grill. Beef cheeks are also a great performance, excellent beef, high-quality demiglas and a moderate amount of spices. Salad with roast beef - again, high-quality ingredients and excellent execution. I immediately thought that a kind of roast beef was being used, which was confirmed. I noticed that the waiter did not write down an order for three people, but remembered, while having time to discuss, answer questions and give recommendations. As a result, I never made a mistake. In general, the result is that I definitely recommend the restaurant to visit The Only wish, to serve sour cream separately for first courses like borscht and kholodnik, so that it is possible to adjust the amount.

A wonderful place in Pinsk!
Staff service, atmosphere, cuisine - everything is at the highest level.
We took mussels and veal cheeks, desserts. Everything was very tasty and tender. They helped me decide on the wine and cocktail. They always kept the table clean.

It seemed to me that this is the best place in Pinsk: a very good, thoughtful menu for breakfast and for the main part of the day, adequate prices, modern cozy interior, fast service and hospitable waiters. Mushroom cream soup with chanterelles is fantastic! Shakshuka by 4 (she was sorely lacking the original spices, garlic and tomato paste). The borscht is good.

A wonderful restaurant! The food is delicious, large portions: I really liked the potato pancakes with salmon, delicious soups, pizza. The tenderest Napoleon, which is cooked in the institution itself, including baking cakes.
The waiters are very attentive and polite, ready to answer any questions about the dishes, give recommendations and explain why they recommend this or that dish.
The service is fast. We did not completely master the pizza - we packed the rest with us in a box.

I admit, we've been to Bona Sforza twice. We just liked it here so much, we didn't want anything else. The friendly staff came to meet us every time. Appetizers and second courses were served to everyone in equal parts. I want to note that when we go to restaurants, we often practice this, sometimes we just want to sample more dishes. And how to do it? Just split it up.
In the restaurant from Monday to Friday from 13.00 to 17.00 minus 20 percent on the main menu, this is a good discount. The service is undoubtedly at its best, maybe it is not so fast, but at that time it was only to our advantage. We rested, discussed, and made new plans.

They brought a vase for flowers, but no , they just served vodka, although there were decanters on the neighboring tables. Salads, not tasty from the word at all, maybe. Maybe someone who has been here a couple of times does not pay much attention and was accepted as an exception, but I come here consistently 2 times a month on a business trip. In no restaurant should lunch take an hour and a half in total. This is definitely not the norm.
Once they took a plate of bread from me before I left, even though I was still finishing, I kind of tried to be helpful, but it turned out how it turned out…

We wanted to celebrate the anniversary at this institution. We called in advance and booked a table on the terrace for such an important day.
When we arrived, our reservation miraculously disappeared, the staff started rushing back and forth, and we were offered to sit inside (it was the middle of summer, we did not consider the option of sitting under a powerful air conditioner). As a result, we were offered to move the tables on the terrace, which were of different heights and did not fall under the canopy - we sat down, found ourselves under the scorching sun, right on the aisle, at uneven tables. At the same time, on the terrace at the same time 1) there was a large table available, which for some reason they refused to provide us 2) two people were sitting at two other large tables and eating ice cream.
As a result, we got up and left without ordering anything.
There were only 4 of us, and the attitude of the staff towards the current situation seemed incompetent. Stating such price tags for dishes, the staff and attitude towards guests, as well as their desire to celebrate important dates in this institution, should correspond to this. The holiday was ruined. We won't come here anymore.
And by the way, this is not the first time we hear similar reviews about this institution from friends.
