There is a good team of waiters and a very nice girl cashier and barista. The most terrible thing is plastic flowers, in general, the entire interior is made of artificial flowers. The establishment lacks general cleaning, the steps are all covered in leaves. The range of pastries was very meager, breakfast was brought with rotten avocado, coffee was overcooked, bitter. It's a nice place to sit with a cup of tea, because there are no similar establishments in the area anymore.

We came to the cafe hungry after a long walk, made an order - we wanted carrot and apple fresh - the carrots ran out, okay, it happens. We ordered two vraps, waited 40 minutes, called the waiter, asked where the order was - it turned out there was no Mexican vrap either, but they forgot to warn us. How could you not have been warned in 40 minutes? The second vrap, they said, is being prepared (almost an hour??). They replaced it with another one - they promised 3-4 minutes, in the end it was not 4, but another 10-15. I went to pay for the order - there was no 1000 change at the checkout. It's not about 1000, it just spoiled the impression (I made a comment about it. They said, "Sorry, there is no proto." Is there no 1000 change in a decent cafe in the city center?
Then, while waiting for a taxi, I wrote a review. At that moment, the cashier came out, apologized and returned 1000

Куриный суп по меню, оказался суп пюре, это необходимо указывать в меню или оговаривать официанту при заказе.
Мы с мужем не едим супы пюре, отказались от данных позиций - администратор убрал из счета (но персонал сначала говорил, что в инстаграм у них есть фото блюд, после также сказали про qr код в меню с фото блюд). Но данный способ приготовления нужно указывать в меню, мы заказываем по меню, а не по страничке инстаграм.
Салат цезарь с необычной подачей, курицы в салате много.
Ушли голодные, зашли на обед (съесть суп), но после 15 минут ожидания принесли пюре. Желания возвращаться в это место нет.

The delivery was delayed, when accepting the order, I did not see that the porridge had spread inside the paper bag, the entire order was in the trash. I'm trying to get through by the delivery number on the package, by the number from Google, there are no calls anywhere. The service is just super. No apologies, no attempts to understand the situation. Yandex unsubscribed that they would return the money and give some kind of promo code.
If you want to spoil your day, order breakfast with delivery from Yandex in Bon, I won't say otherwise.

Это хороший Бон. Кухня хорошо готовит, порция полная, официант был милый, кассир вежливый. Еда, обслуживание субъективно мне понравились больше, чем в других их отделениях.

Bon место для покупки кофе, сладкого или просто перекусить. Место в основном на двоих.
Мы сами заказали клабы и чай, ждали 20-25 . Еда и чай были вкусными. Порции как у других bon для взрослого мужчины мало на отношении цены. Когда обедали были нюансы, из-за которых я не поставлю 5 этому филиалу
