The baking quality is disgusting. I took a cheesecake from them, it doesn't smell like cheese (and even more so Philadelphia cheese) at all. I'm even afraid to assume that there is probably ordinary cottage cheese in the composition, because it did not have the delicate consistency of cheesecake, but only some kind of curd mass. Cookies that are soaked in smelly butter around the edges and I couldn't even finish it. For some reason, they call raspberry cheesecake, although raspberries are only on top.
