Of course, this does not apply to all branches, but the branch located on Navai Street has forever taken away my enjoyment of breakfast in the form of an "American breakfast", and after that I not only do not eat at all, it's already bad when I just see pancakes. On September 15th, I visited Bon for the first time! My impression was terrible. Before I visited this place, I only thought about the good things about this place as many recommended. I came to the Bon near the Yunusabad Hakimiyat, I went in and chose a place for myself, the reaction was round zero, the waiter came up to me after 7-10 minutes, I asked for the menu and then ordered two club sandwiches.To be honest, I was upset that they were cooking very slowly and made us wait a long time, I came to the cashier and wanted to talk to the manager about this, they did not call the manager, but simply said that the dish was ready, I turned a blind eye to it and went to enjoy the food, forgetting what attitude they were doing and what tone they were talking about. The sandwich club was great, I forgot about the insider, but when I wanted to pay, I went to the checkout and saw that there was a person in front of me, I asked this person if I could pay. The man said that he was not waiting for payment and let me through, but the cashier took my check and looked at it. When I gave the card to pay, he just disrespectfully ignored me and went to serve another person. And when he served him, I wanted to tell him that it was disrespectful to start my business without finishing going to another, but he didn't even give me a word to say, saying that there was a man in front of me and he served him. I wanted to tell you why he took the check from me if he decided to serve after. Such an inadequate, rude attitude honestly hurt me. I've never been humiliated like this in any other restaurant. Probably Bon is not worthy of accepting comfort and business class customers, since they do not know how to serve. Or Bon has a lot of customers and they neglect the service and freely treat people rudely. My expectations and reality didn't fit together at all.
