I love Bon chain of coffee shops so much. It is a perfect place for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Good variety of food, deserts, drinks.

The food is excellent, as in all branches! It feels like the chefs are cooking with their hearts. By the way, I recommend you try the pancakes with beef ham, they are just awesome there. The service is top-notch, the waiters always clarify their preferences, are attentive and careful. The coffee is also excellent, as always. I also want to praise Vladislav's Barista, who makes just the best raff!
The only negative that I want to note is that it's always noisy there. There are people all the time and you don't really hear your thoughts. But this is more likely a problem not of cafes, but of people who do not follow the basic rules of decency.
If you haven't been to Bon yet, I definitely advise you to go there!)

Unfortunately, they do not know what service is here, they do not know how to communicate with a guest, our waiter disappeared somewhere, as a result, we had 3 waiters, and all are unprofessional, they do not know how to brew fruit teas, already 2 times they did not serve delicious tea (different).

11.09.23 we ordered delivery via Uzum from this Bon branch. We haven't tried food in other Booths, but we didn't like it here at all.
Salmon Blanket: There is very little salmon and it is very strange. It looks like canned, breaks down into fibers. Rice was added to the side dish instead of mashed potatoes.
Caesar salad: in general, the salad is tasteless, everything is soaked.
Salad with chicken and pesto sauce: an incomprehensible mess. I love pesto and all the ingredients separately. But the salad is absolutely stupid and tasteless.
Cuban vrap: it tastes fine, but there is a lot of liquid inside, which flows out straight
Chicken soup, eclair salted caramel and royal chocolate cake – these positions were normal, they were the only ones we ate.

The first review: The waiters are arrogant!!! Not attentive, rude, they can go into the kitchen to laugh and swear at the top of their voices. I go there often, out of desperation, because there is no more coffee beans in the area. One day we went to iftar and ordered an iftar set. We ordered in advance so that the cook could be prepared in time. After 45 minutes of waiting, we were served soup, after another 25 minutes we were told that the meat for the second course was rotten and they had nothing to replace it with, the salad was served to us when we asked for the bill. And most importantly, not a single gram of regret and not even an apology. By myself, I am not a conflicted person, especially in the Holy Month, I did not tell them anything. I'm sorry for the many letters, IT's BOILING OVER!
