The aircraft is mounted on a human-sized pedestal. You can walk around, look close enough.

It was installed in May 2017 on a chassis on a pedestal at the entrance to the city near the R-27 Myadel-Braslav highway before the intersection with the streets of Krasnoarmeyskaya and Cosmonauts in memory of the 305th bomber Aviation regiment stationed at the Postavy airfield until 1993, which was armed with Su-24 aircraft. The MiG-23ML was moved to the park on Gagarin Street.
