The first place in Tashkent where we managed to eat pilaf and barbecue for adequate money! We were after 14.00, there were a lot of tables available. The service is fast. The girls with the menu came right up. The pilaf is served 10 minutes after the order. Barbecue - 15-20 minutes later. I took a piece of beef kebab. It's still a mystery to me how beef can be made so soft and juicy.
