Well, in general, it's not very good, there are queues at the registry office and at other doctors. Maybe this is due to the fact that the population is sick a lot, well, it seems to me that the reason is different, in the clueless management, but this is a subjective and personal opinion.

There are no doctors, or rather there are few left. Dermatologist, optometrist, ENT, pediatric neurologist and so on have long disappeared. The doctors themselves are mediocre and, as a rule, they came to work out only after the educational institution. Sometimes they do not even know what diagnosis to make and cannot distinguish dermatitis from scabies...
Pediatricians do not even remember about the scheduled examination of children (until you remind them yourself), and also do not come for mandatory patronage after the birth of a child (maximum 1 time!)
At the hospital itself, the children's department is currently not working due to covid and children are put in the therapeutic department with adults with worse sores. They don't want to give cots for small children (we were given them with my requests 2 days before discharge).
A good clinic with good medical staff for the most part, I recommend it to everyone, of course, no one canceled the queue, but in principle, if you come early, they can be avoided.
