I go into the exam room at my number 12, leave my children outside, and a girl comes in with me.14 Instead of starting to accept me, they start writing down all her data, and they tell me to wait... I don't swear, I calmly explain that I can't wait any longer, if they continue to take it, I leave, to which the doctor replies to me, "Okay, you'll come later then." Then?That is, I waited in my queue for 20 minutes, and I have to come later? I had to leave because they decided not to accept me.

I don't know about other precinct officers, but my young one doesn't wash her hands, she can get into a baby's mouth without washing her hands. Mad sister doesn't answer the phone at all, reads the whatsapp and has zero reaction. And when she needs to, she calls and writes. The screening for children is simply filled out by themselves. To get a referral, you need to wait for months, and that's not an option, whether we get it or not
