Remote transactions on foreign real estate look more risky, especially now that almost all payments from abroad to Russia have been reduced, but when I started communicating with Alice from the Bulgarian House agency, doubts about the format of the transaction disappeared. We were constantly in touch, Alice helped with all the paperwork (we had a not very standard situation), it felt like she was involved in the process and really wanted to help. I was very comfortable communicating with her and I fully trusted the agency. I am very grateful to the Bulgarian House for helping to sell our apartments. P.S. I want to note that until the moment when I found Alice's contact, there were attempts to cooperate with another agency that was set up to work only on its own terms, without taking into account our interests. Based on experience, I recommend the agency to sellers and buyers of real estate in Bulgaria.

I would like to thank the Bulgarian House agency and personally the manager Alice for the successful sale of my studio in Pomorie. The transaction went through without any problems, the money was credited to the account quickly, after 3 days. Alice is a very competent specialist, attentive and responsible, she was always in touch, helped with difficult issues when processing documents. I also thank Natalia for accompanying me during the transaction, she managed to defuse the situation and calm down before the transaction, which is very important! I recommend the Bulgarian House to anyone who wants to buy or sell an apartment in Bulgaria.
