1. In the réception they are not polite and really bad You should bring a person who is well versed in hospitality etiquette, tactful and respectful and knows how to speak in a nice way. We come for a vacation and brainstorming, not to meet rude people like that. The first time when I came there was a nice and respectful girl who knows how to talk and deal. With people, but this time I found a second woman. I am not satisfied with the treatment. I do not expect to come again here.She doesn't even know how to check into rooms nor use apps 2. As for the place, it is not as clean as the first time. You smell dirty socks when you enter. The floor is dirty, and you ask to take off your shoes. I don’t know why. Расположение отличное. Довольно чисто. Все необходимое для приема пищи есть. Персонал не назойливый. В целом, спокойная обстановка. Капсулы достаточно просторные для людей маленькой и средней комплекции. В качестве замечаний можно отметить что очень маленькая подушка, полотенце плохо впитывает влагу (лучше иметь свое).
