For a public institution of this age, the price/quality is a cannon. Russian Russian, Finnish sauna is fine, separate saunas are also good, table tennis is cheap, pool is in a separate room, only Russian is not hot, there are questions on the aisle and on the cues.
In general, it's okay, we've been there more than once, and the saunas themselves work out their cost perfectly. But what kind of unpleasant people are on the phone, it's just something. Before that, everything happened by itself in the company, but here I had the "honor" to armor it. I'm calling to book for Friday night, two weeks in advance, and I get a nasty giggle in response, saying what a fool I am:
- waaaaaabout that, we're not recording for next month yet, and waaaaaabout you don't have a chance. We have everything booked by regular customers there.
- so how is it booked if you don't book?
- maaaaaladoy chilavek, don't clownish, priority.
After this, you are again convinced of the quality of service in the government segment.
Thanks, but on principle I won't come here anymore. By the way, I've never encountered this in other similar establishments, on Malinovka or Sukharevo, and the interaction is noticeably more pleasant.
We were in the third suite, with children aged 8, 9 and 10. A steam room if you are smart and do not fill the stones with norms. You can buy brooms. The pool is small and deep. An adult has 176cm of water up to his chin. You can't lower it yourself to make it comfortable for the children. The recreation room has a small table and two sofas. In three hours, less than 30 yandex units is not even very expensive for me. Therefore, 5 stars.
