I really liked visiting this place, but I came to the manicure procedure, where the master added gel-strengthening for nails - which I did not want at all. It was incredibly frustrating that the master did not warn me about this, did not ask if I needed it. Strengthening under the nails remained with small bumps - which cause discomfort, when I come home I feel that my fingers are getting hurt. That's why I don't like it when doping is applied.. Naturally, I did not notice this during the procedure, since I do not understand the intricacies of the procedure.
The previous master made the nails perfectly, everything was as per the original request, without fortifications - the nails were worn smartly 🪄
This time, the decision of another master turned out to be different.. But at least it was possible to warn about this?😔🥺 This not only increases the cost, but also increases the time of the procedure. This is very important, dear masters. It is more important than you have the highest possible receipt for the service.
As a result, I need to redo my nails, but in another salon, where they will ask about additional services or at least inform me.
I am happy with the shape and painting itself. The staff is polite and the atmosphere is pleasant. But when you come to the procedure, you want to be confident and informed, on the contrary, you do not want sudden inconveniences💔
