I would like to express my deep gratitude to master Olga from the Bohemian salon for the amazing result of the basal volume procedure! Olga is a true professional in her field. From the very first minutes, I felt that I was in safe hands: she told me in detail about the process, took into account all my wishes and the peculiarities of my hair.
The result exceeded all expectations! The hair has become incredibly voluminous, light and at the same time looks completely natural. I especially want to note that this procedure was done in winter, and even after wearing a hat, the hair does not lose its volume — it's just a godsend for the cold season!

Very disappointed in the service of this salon! I thought that Olga was not just a master of her craft, but she was also a stylist. But that was not the case. She cut my adult woman's hair like a boy, although I showed a photo of the hairstyle. She doesn't know how to cut hair! There is no style! Not a master! It's a pity! I'm waiting now for my hair to grow back!
I will never come to them.

I bleached my hair and then immediately dyed it there. They made the wrong color that they showed. They told me to wash my hair a couple of times and the color would be the way I wanted it to be. In short, they did it wrong and decided to cheat as a result. I am already silent about the fact that when I returned home, my head was covered in blood due to long-term contact with chemicals.
