I don't recommend this laundry to anyone. I washed the laundry by hand, because it turned out to be yellow-gray in color. The administrator replied to my comments: "And what do you want for 17 UAH.kg?" I got the impression that the white linen was washed with dirty rags. I wonder if the substation is aware of this dirt?

I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the service provided and the manifestation of disrespect!
I keep track of my things and wear them very carefully!I decided to prepare in advance for the cold season and gave my winter jacket to this dry cleaner, which I am very sorry about now!
I wore a jacket one winter!All that had to be done was to clean the cuffs and collar.I thought that the dry cleaners would do it professionally, in general, I bought into the promise of cleanliness "in German"
As a result, the metal buttons-buttons that had a special protective coating of golden brown color -have discolored and have a grainy surface, as if they were heated over an open source of fire.But most importantly, from the back, two clear, long vertical lines appeared on the jacket, which appear on synthetic products under the influence of high temperature (ironed? with an iron?!!!!) + there was an unpleasant smell of some kind of chemistry!!!
To my question, where did these stripes come from and why the buttons burned out, I did not receive a clear answer, but I learned that this is not the first such case and that it happens to them.
All I have been offered now is that they will reimburse me 50% of the cost of the service!!!!Isn't it funny .....????
My advice is ----= Go around this office 10 dear!! =---

I wanted to clean a coat with leather inserts and a hat, they told me. that they have old equipment and that's why they don't do it.
