I want to share my impressions of the course for 25 procedures (RF+Vacuum + Laser). Unfortunately, they are not the most positive. The volume remained, the waist did not decrease, the skin did not tighten. And never mind the volumes, they are not that big, but there was a great desire to tighten the skin, make it more elastic with the help of the complex.
As a result, it is zero, if not negative (my diet is high in protein, I do not eat sweets at all, and milk is minimal. in general, it's not about nutrition). Yes, I have a sedentary lifestyle, but that's exactly why I took the course in winter to compensate for my activity and improve my appearance.
We didn't take pictures, we measured the volumes, they remained the same. But once again, the main condition of the skin, which, as promised, will definitely improve with a normal diet and the amount of liquid (I drink about 1.5 liters every day).
And now about the procedures themselves. Dasha is a very pleasant craftsman, but!
Every time she couldn't come, she was replaced by another master. And that's when I felt what RF is!!! It was hotter, the skin felt tightened after it! And before that, 10 visits a day, we just stroked her warmly with zero effect. Wasted money, in general, and wasted time. I fell for the professionalism of the masters, which was described by the owner of this studio.
Laser lipolysis is generally similar to a scam. We've done it so many times and it's just a zero result, not even a minimum one. Or should there be 10 kg of fat locally so that the difference is visible? In general... If they had done a normal RF and a vacuum, without lipolysis, but these two procedures are full-fledged, maybe something would have been tightened. When referring to the incorrectly selected RF temperature, the studio head began to accuse irregular attendance, although at the beginning of the course she said that 3 days was definitely normal. The wizard also did not have the right window several times. She claimed that I was the only one dissatisfied with them, but everyone was happy, without proof)) I don't recommend it if you want an effect.
