Unfortunately, the staff is in no hurry, you make an order by phone, they promise to meet it in 20 minutes, you arrive, and you wait at least 10 more. The order should be checked immediately if you made out several positions, so after a long wait for 2 doners and potatoes, I also waited for potatoes, because they completely forgot about it… As they say - a sensitive approach to customers!
