Not a bad place, the interior is modern, everything is clean, the breakfasts are like a mini buffet, there is enough food.
Of the minuses: they do not change money, the administrators were stumped for a while by a request to collect breakfast with us (they left early), it feels like they had not received such requests before, but they coped with grief in half. And the most unpleasant thing - after breakfast (probably after eating watermelon) 2 hours later - there was a slight food poisoning.
In general, I can recommend, administrators are trying to solve all issues, friendly.
PS: there is no luggage storage, but things can be left under the stairs

Путешественники всем позитива и море впечатлений!
Жили 2 дня в бюджетном варианте полуподвал!
Белоснежная постель, кровать офигенная!
Чайные принадлежности, ванные принадлежности в полном объеме!
Завтраки оплачиваются отдельно, вокруг в 200-1000м расположены множество кафе.
Честному администратору Фархаду отдельное спасибо, вернул деньги, которые мы случайно заплатили больше положенного.
Однозначно рекомендую!

In general, OK. It'll do for a couple of nights.
Of the advantages: the price; the interior is clean and tidy.
Of the cons: the wifi is unstable; the cook is rude; breakfast is made from the cheapest sausages; the room is cleaned only if asked.
