All the time I considered the specialists friendly, able to suggest how best to solve the problem, but today I came across the opposite. It seems that they are being torn away from solving global problems, although there were no more visitors. Of course, the workers did not raise their voices, but it is possible to bring a person with intonations. The mood was spoiled for the whole day and the issue remained unresolved. If you don't know how to work with people, or you're in a bad mood often, why are you working here? Terrible service on utility bills!

Обслуживают хорошо, но некоторые услуги очень длительные, что приводит к очередям. Было бы комфортнее организовать не стойки возле специалистов, а столы со стульями, как в новом БТИ например. Это было бы удобнее для оформления документов, да и для пожилых и больных людей тоже.
