I do not recommend the Boboli restaurant in Grodno because of my recent unpleasant experience. When ordering rib eye steak, the waiter informed me that it was not available and offered instead a T-bone steak, which, to my surprise, was not on the menu. I agreed, believing that the weight of the steak would be about 300-400 grams, as promised.
However, the wait for the order dragged on for an hour and a half in an almost empty restaurant, which seems incredibly long. I checked with the waiters several times, and each time they told me that it was only 5 more minutes. But those 5 minutes were constantly lengthening.
When the steak was finally brought, it turned out that its weight significantly exceeded the promised 400 grams, reaching 940 grams, and most of it consisted of bone and beef fat, which completely did not meet my expectations from the steak.
And finally, the main shock was the price: $100 for dinner per person, calculated based on the cost of rib eye steak, which was not even on the menu. This price seems completely disproportionate to the quality of the dish offered and the level of service. Based on all this, I highly recommend not visiting this restaurant if you are looking for high-quality meat and attentive service.

We were at lunchtime, but we served the main menu, which is valid from 16:00, although it was 14:00. The waiting time for the salad is 30 minutes, the hot one is about 50 minutes. They did not warn about the long waiting time. Among the advantages: beautiful dishes and quite tasty

If you want to get aesthetic pleasure from the ordered dish, I do not advise you to take tartare.
It doesn't look appetizing. I can't appreciate the taste , because I didn't eat the dish.
On the positive side, I want to cancel the work of the administrator, the waiter and the atmosphere in the institution as a whole.

We came for breakfast today as a family, we booked a table in advance for 12:00. At the entrance, the staff pretended that we (3 people) had not been noticed, had not been served in the cloakroom. They went into the hall, said, "wait for you to be served." WE WAITED FOR 15 MINUTES , no one even came up . It took about 18 minutes, we got up and went. At the exit, the maintenance staff did not react in any way. The place is beautiful, the service is ZERO.

I came for lunch today. There were seats only in the hall. I asked the hostesses what was expected, to which they replied: "Are you in a hurry somewhere?" This is not the norm of hospitality service. I asked them to put me at an empty table in the hall, which I liked. There were two identical ones by the window.The girl said that the tables were reserved.(there were no reserved signs).As a result, the guests came almost immediately after me and they were placed at the two tables that were "in reserve".As a result, the guests who came just to have lunch left after 10 minutes without ordering anything. I don't think that's what guests who specifically book tables to have lunch do. As I understand it, the hostess girl did not go to sit me alone at the table, where there are 4 seats))By the way, after some guests left, others came. We sat down at the same table🤷♀️ They pour water for all the guests - no one poured it for me. The waitress did not specify whether I should take out the dishes when ready, or whether I want to eat something first. There is no communication between the waiters and the guests.You can't catch the waiters in the hall
