A regular ATM without a card replenishment function. It is very bad, considering that there is an overcrowded bank branch around the corner, resembling a Belpochta branch during the payment period for utilities. A full-fledged information kiosk with a cash-in function would be able to unload the branch.

Why does this ATM have no card replenishment function? The bank has a virtual card and you can top it up only through the bank itself🙁
