On November 13, we returned home after a week of staying at this hotel. We have been waiting for this trip all year and in the end we were disappointed in the vacation, the vacation was half ruined. All the misadventures began with the transfer of the flight, instead of flying in the morning on November 03, we were rescheduled for 23.50 hours and the day was lost (for which the tour operator categorically refused to refund the money, referring to the fact that we were departing for 10 minutes on November 03, although the hotel was paid from that date) We arrived on the fourth, they met us at the airport, put us on a bus whose driver and escort did not know the way where to take us at all. For two hours we were driven around different hotels and accidentally got into our hotel (we traveled all over the emirate). They refused to check in and feed us right away (although our hotel has been booked since November 03). Two hours later they settled in, and the bracelet was put on after 12 o'clock (probably they decided to work up our appetite for lunch). Those who write that there are enough sunbeds, they lie, there are not enough sunbeds on the beach and they had to get up at 06.30 and run to the sea to take a seat. If you go at 07 o'clock, it's hopeless. The sea was really warm and clean (the first day), then construction equipment was driven to the neighboring beach and began to urgently strengthen the shore, the beach was immediately covered with an even layer of cement dust. well, we are at the same time. At low tide, the sea is as clear as a tear, but when the tide starts, an incredible amount of household waste sails (labels from plastic bottles look like jellyfish). But this is still half the trouble, local Arabs come every Thursday (they have a dry law in the Emirate and they have fun in private hotels for the weekend), this misfortune is also awarded to the specified hotel. All the attention of the staff switches to local vacationers, in addition to their own beach (they have their own beach nearby) they occupy our beach and there is no talk about sun beds (all the best to the owner). The food is average, it depends on the change of cooks. The food is of the same type from day to day, often the cook will throw spices in such a way that then you breathe like a dragon (fire) all day, and at night terrible heartburn (probably fighting worms). The staff is on their own mind, they took an adapter on bail. The deposit was paid in dollars (the employee at the reception swore that they would return it in dollars). It seemed that 30 minutes before departure, they gave us dirhams for our protest, they excused themselves that they did not have dollars at the checkout and offered us to go to the city with a kilometer and change (the kindest people). The hotel has only one plus, an alcohol market. where is the small wholesale alcohol market, for a penny you can buy good and high-quality swill.

We also liked the menu, as well as the waiters who always come up to offer drinks or tea, they monitor the cleanliness in the restaurant and always if they see that there is a dirty plate on our table, they ask if they can clean it. which is also a plus, since we didn't put everything in one plate, but each dish was put on different plates. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, as well as the rest itself: a quiet, relaxing holiday. The bed was changed only on the 4th day after the request at the reception. We had everything included, but it's relative))) coffee is only instant and only from 3 o'clock in the afternoon in a cafe on the ground floor where you can smoke and catch Wi-Fi. Drinks at the stall on the beach and in the cafe by the pool only from 11 am. You can't go to the sea after 18. That is, absolutely. They lock it, the territory is fenced. So you won't be able to admire the sea sunset) and by the way, there is a staircase leading to the sea, 30 steps, a steep staircase. With a stroller or with elderly people is not the best option. The food is good. The choice of dishes is normal and delicious. There is always meat and chicken and fish. Desserts of several types. Well fed, do not find fault! The staff is mostly Thai, very polite, smiling, pleasant. View from the window... building. Noisily. Well, not 4 stars in any way)) excursions were bought from Ahmed.
