A beautiful place and quite quiet. There are many cafes, beautiful views of the JBR. The pedestrian bridge to the island is a separate attraction. Minuses: - the Ferris wheel is not working - there is no access to the beaches, only some paid options

This is probably the best place in Dubai to live. There are no high-rise buildings, 5-6 floors, its own promenade, its own beaches, excellent views of the sea, the Dubai Marina and the Ferris wheel. A large Russian-speaking community.

The apartments were rented on the 33rd floor.The view is cool from the balcony.There's a pyaterochka type nearby.A little further around the corner there is a delicious cafe with normal prices
