I liked the hotel as a whole:good varied food, lots of entertainment for children, slides by the pool for children and adults, it is convenient that the pool with different depths for adults and children. The furniture and plumbing in the room are a bit old, but everything worked. There is a good grocery store near the hotel. At the reception, you can change the currency into local lira. Of the disadvantages, the following can be noted: poor lighting in the room (for those who like to read it will not be comfortable), very high audibility in the room. The beach is sandy, there are many sun beds and they are free. On the beach, entering the sea is not comfortable - there are a lot of waves at the bottom. In general, the hotel can be recommended.

We had a rest from July 13 to 24. A hotel for families with children is just the thing!
Good, clean everywhere, the territory is always cleaned, the rooms are also cleaned normally.
The choice of food is good, a lot of greens, vegetables, all kinds of baked, stews, etc. The meat is delicious - chicken, turkey, beef. Side dishes - pasta, oregano, chickpeas, bulgur, rice. There are a lot of sweets, and cakes, and baklava happened. There were eggs for breakfast, there was always porridge. Lots of cheeses. We always ate with pleasure! The only drawback is that there is no seafood and the fish is not tasty.
The water park is good for children. The slides are not super fast. There are 2 pools, one through the passage, it is quieter there and it is deeper.
Places should be occupied by the main pool in the morning.
Animation was not used much, but there is a lot of it. The Turkish evening is interesting. Even when all sorts of show programs arrive. For children, cartoons in the evening, during the day there are all sorts of entertainments. It was a children's evening yet, the children are delighted.
It takes 7-10 minutes to walk to the beach. It is beautifully decorated - this has never been seen anywhere near. There is delicious food on the beach in the bar during the day (burgers, tortillas, potatoes, vegetables), you can have lunch there.
Entering the water with slabs and sometimes large stones. We went a couple of times to Cleopatra Beach to Damlatash cave - we liked going into the water there more.
They settle either in the additional buildings behind the transition, or in the main one. Mostly the repairs are better, more beautiful. The hotel has a green area around and it's quieter there, but the rooms are tired.
In general, we were satisfied with everything!

The food is the same every day, but there is a choice. I heard from one guest that there is nothing to eat for breakfast... Eggs in three types (boiled, scrambled eggs, omelet), pancakes with five types of jam + chocolate, muesli, several types of cheese, sausages, potatoes, sausage, vegetables, pastries.. I probably have a bad imagination, but I don't know what else I need for breakfast). For alcohol, the all-inclusive concept does not include imported alcohol and cocktails - it's for money, including on the beach. The hotel has its own beach, stylishly decorated, clean, beach bar. From 10 to 16 o'clock, a buffet, French fries, burgers, wonderful tortillas with potatoes or cheese are baked right there by a wonderful woman), cucumbers, tomatoes, fruits. The same thing is near the pool, there's also ice cream, take as much as you want, well, like ice cream - fruit ice, but it's still nice. The sun beds on the beach are new and comfortable, the beach boy helps with umbrellas, keeps order and cleanliness. A big plus is free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, in the rooms and on the beach. The location is excellent, near exchangers, shops, Migros across the street, a beautiful promenade. Every evening there is animation, first children are entertained, then adults until 23.00. I definitely recommend the hotel, especially if you are with children)

A great family hotel, the staff is friendly. We had a family vacation in July 2023. There are 3 swimming pools + a water park on the territory, there is animation for children and adults. I liked everything about the food. There was fish, meat, vegetables, fruits, baked goods, beer, and a snack bar. In general, we were fed a lot. And most importantly, everything is with a soul. We had a large family room, clean, with two rooms and a balcony facing the courtyard. In the evening, after 22h, silence, the children slept peacefully. We will definitely come again. 10min walk from the sea, the beach is well maintained and clean. There were tourists from different countries. There were no problems and conflicts, at the evening animation everyone rested together and participated in competitions. Special thanks to the DJ and the presenters. What made me very happy was the children's birthday greetings. It was our first and unforgettable vacation.

I liked the hotel, it was good for my money. It's not far from the beach. There is a water park for children on site. The rooms are simple but spacious. We can only spend the night in the room, so the condition is not very important. Shampoos are available, clean bed linen, towels are all included. The food is all delicious and varied, especially struck by the abundance of cakes and desserts. Alcohol is unlimited, even on the beach there is a bar with free drinks and snacks. A good hotel for families with children. For my friend and I, of course, there was a lot of noise and a lot of children. The pool is small. There are water slides for children, and trampolines were put up in the evenings. The restaurant's menu is mostly monotonous. The rooms in the main building are standard. The room is cleaned every day. Towels can also be changed every day upon request. I liked the location of the hotel. There is a supermarket within walking distance, where they give change in lira at a very favorable rate from dollars, so we didn't even have to look for an exchanger. The beach is almost 300m from the hotel. In the evening, you can walk in any direction and find good restaurants with live music. The city center is 10 minutes away by taxi. Overall, I liked the hotel.

We just returned with a child from this hotel.
There are pros and cons, and unfortunately there are more of them.
We arrived at the hotel at 21.00, the reception staff is African-American, does not speak Russian, they did not really give any information.Usually, upon check-in, they always give you a brochure with the opening hours of the restaurants in the hotel.The restaurant was closed (the restaurant's working hours were very strange from 18.30-20.30), we were hungry, we were not given any lunch boxes.At 23.00 we found soup (late dinner) in the restaurant and ate, we were not given any information about it, thanks to the bloggers, we learned about it from the Internet.

I would return to this hotel if it was at a good discount.

Objectively a good city hotel. There are many cafes and shops nearby, it's nice to take a walk.
The room was two-room on the third floor of the main building, the beds were comfortable, the balcony was spacious. A good shower, they brought an overlay on the toilet for the child. They say the other buildings are noticeably worse, but I haven't seen it myself.
There are two pools, both small. The disadvantage is quite cold water and a lot of people. Water slides are super, but you won't ride for a long time, it's cold. Although really cool.
It takes about five minutes to walk to the sea through the city and an underground passage.
Entering the sea - almost immediately deep, a lot of stones. The beach is big, there are few people, there are enough sunbeds, relatively clean. There is a moderate wave on the sea, the water is clear, fish are splashing. The beach bar provides free ice cream, Turkish coffee, gozleme, drinks, but without alcohol.
The animation is quite weak, especially for children.
In the hotel, most of the Poles, there are Germans, Danes. Not a single sideways glance at the Russians was noticed. Both the guests and the staff are very friendly and in touch. Russian is not very good, English is good.
The food is delicious, the assortment is changing. There is no fish, only meat and chicken. From fruits watermelon, melon, apples, grapes, plums. During the day, a nice lady cooks very tasty gozleme.
It is convenient to get to the center by bus, the stop is near the beach. The price is 17 lire.

The hotel turned out to be wonderful for our family!
Firstly, they put on bracelets and allow us to use the restaurant/ territory, regardless of the time of arrival, we arrived at 10 a.m., we were immediately sent for breakfast, changed our clothes and went to the water park, settled in at 12:30.
A very good water park, my daughter was delighted, the location of the hotel is very convenient, near the market on Mondays, 10 minutes to the sea, shops, pharmacies, everything is nearby..
On food: we had enough of everything, there are not very many dishes, but everything is very tasty, the staff tries very hard.
Almost all families have children, so if someone is traveling alone, or a couple without a child, it may seem that it is very noisy.. the kids have a lot of fun there :))
The price/quality ratio, in our opinion, is excellent!!! We will be happy to return to this hotel again!

Отдых очень понравился, всё прошло просто отлично! Отель замечательный, территория небольшая, но есть возможность прогуляться по окрестностям, т.к. отель городского типа. Приветливый и отзывчивый персонал, разнообразное питание и напитки (голодным просто невозможно уйти).
Комфортный пляж в 5 минутах ходьбы от отеля. Море отличное с удобным заходом и прекрасным видом на горы. Также на территории имеется 2 больших бассейна и один маленький для совсем малышей, акварарк с горками, который подойдёт не только детям, но и родители с большим удовольствием прокатятся.
Аниматоры улыбчивые, музыкальные, весёлые не дают скучать детям ни минуты начиная с утренней зарядки, а далее дарц, мини гольф и боулинг, заплывы в бассейне, мини-клуб с кулинарными мастер классами и рисованием, а заканчивается всё детской дискотекой. Ежедневно вечером приезжают приглашенные артисты и демонстрируют шикарное шоу, которое завораживает не только детей, но и взрослых!!! Очень удобно, что есть русская девочка аниматор Соня - очень приятная и отзывчивая. Развлекательная программа для взрослых тоже разнообразная и интересная, ведущий просто шикарный(отдельно хочется отметить, что во время всех развлечений говорит сразу на нескольких языках). Языкового барьера в общении как-такового не возникало для носителей русского языка.

The hotel positions itself as a family-run hotel. We were settled with two small children, one of whom uses a wheelchair, in an old building located outside the hotel, where there is a high porch with steps, no ramp and ONE of the smallest elevators in the world. In the morning, two adults, two children, a stroller, two inflatable circles, a beach bag, a bag of toys - we fit into this elevator like herrings, and after that we had to carry all this on our hands up the stairs. The condition of the room is very tired: the repair is old, the tiles are cracked in places, the plumbing is chipped, the furniture is worn, the mattress is sagged as if half the world had slept on it. Everything causes disgust and despondency. In fact, this is an old two-bedroom apartment with a kitchen, which does not have a mixer and a stove, in a detached house. Manager Tatiana is the most boorish and unpleasant person, she is engaged in relocation, she said that she would be able to move us to a new building only after 4 days. She accused us that it was our own fault that we booked through an aggregator, and not on their official website, where it is indicated that the "standard" category includes old rooms, and if "we will swing our rights, then we will not be moved at all."
2. Poor hygiene in the restaurant.
THERE ARE A LOT OF FLIES EVERYWHERE! Flies on the table, on the food distribution, on the appliances, on the fruits. Garbage with leftovers of food is shaken off with the same cloth directly on the floor, then the table is wiped with it, the cups come across unwashed with dirty walls inside. The floor under tables and chairs is not washed from the word at all. I was disgusted! One has only to guess what kind of unsanitary conditions are happening inside the kitchen, if such dirt is in full view of the guests. The waiters walk around in dirty shirts, some girls in provocative miniskirts.
3. The pool is tiny for such a huge number of parents with children. Children cough, pee, dive, immediately snot into the same pool, interfere with each other, it's scary to imagine how much infection there is in it. If there is some kind of activity (trampolines for children, an inflatable water slide), then the queue lasts for 40 minutes, while children cannot wait so long quietly, they begin to act up. After waiting on the trampoline, as a result, a real meat grinder from a large number of children.
4. There is always an unpleasant smell of sewage or sweat in the children's club. In September 2024, an absolutely unfriendly animator girl with an eternally frozen "stone" expression worked there, she does not communicate with children, only controls the order in the room.
In general, if you are a very budget tourist and have previously vacationed in Turkey in a three-star hotel, perhaps you will come in. We spent a large sum on four people for 11 nights, for which we received disappointment, rudeness and overcoming difficulties, after which the desire to ever rest in Turkey disappeared.

I was at this hotel in 2022, it got much worse

The dining room is very dirty, they don't have time to clean up, although in 2022 the waiters were very nimble, now all the new and lazy ones had to shake the dirt off the table themselves
The animators are great, children of all ages will not be bored, but I would not recommend going to this hotel anymore. Of the advantages, only children's entertainment and a nice clean beach
Also, when they met me, suitcases were taken to my room since I was carrying a child, and they were evicted back, I asked to carry the suitcases to the reception, they answered (know rush) I turned around and left and I myself in one hand carried a stroller in the other suitcases and a backpack on my back barely dragged, and at the reception they stood and watched me work my ass off, just shameless the main thing is to meet the staff, and they will leave themselves as they want

If you are not accommodated in the main building, then you need to understand that you will have to walk up stairs without ramps to the main building, to the pool and to the dining room. There was a feeling that the good reviews were specially hyped. In general, the hotel draws a maximum of three stars, do not be fooled.
It is much more convenient to live in the main building. The beach is 10-15 minutes away. Everything is well equipped on the beach.

This is a delight - from the words of the child)) For an urban-type hotel, the territory has everything you need to relax. For all the years of visiting Turkey, only in this hotel every day for an evening program with interest, because it is really modern and impressionable!! Separately, I will single out the main animator (a little fat one, I don't remember the name))), but he is a talent, a charismatic creative presenter! His management of a children's disco is children, and adults)) squeal with joy - Fanta, Cola, Pepsi - tadada)) these emotions will remain in the memory for a lifetime! I would never have thought that in the cramped 4th Alanya you can get so charged with emotions! As for the hotel itself - well, 4! And if you take a room - only in a new building - it's important!!! We had it on the 6th floor in a new building, 616 - well, it's tolerable, of course everything is not new, the laminate is swollen at the seams, but these are trifles. Partially sea view. In the old building, everything is sad and the animation may not pull out the spoiled impressions of staying in the room. According to those who lived in an economy room, a family with two children - I want to be out of the room all the time ((. You will not be hungry for food, you are not a child. And there are no Desserts and coffee)), but always excellent freshly brewed tea. Cafe on the beach - lounge area, pleasant music, beautiful view and free ice cream from 14-17😉. The child is delighted with the rest, the parents are rested. I recommend it to those who are not picky about the service and have a rest with children.

The scariest hotel I've ever been to. The hotel has two types of rooms - one in the main building, they are good, and the second one across the street is an old murdered foundation, the windows overlook the road, where buses can be heard all night, and the illumination from the balcony shines in the face. Just got back yesterday. We rested from 12.10.23 to 19.10.23. The middle of autumn does not bother Turkey and it meets the hot sun!

The owner of the hotel definitely has a goal to bring pleasure to his guests. They cook very tasty, surprisingly, even cheeses, sausages and desserts are delicious! We lived in the annex. The building has a wonderful deep pool, few people, there are always sun loungers. Lemons, oranges, passion fruit, bananas, avocados, beauty grow very green!

I didn't like the hotel at all, at first I felt like I was settled in a staff block (we managed to solve the issue for $ 75). During the relocation, things were lost at the reception, they said that they had not found anything.The Internet is constantly disappearing. The food is chicken and fish, lots of greens, sweet as usual. We flew in early June (apples, peaches, watermelon for dinner). Vodka, beer and wine are available from alcoholic beverages. We always fly to Turkey at 4, there is something to compare this hotel with, it does not pull at all for 4.

Очень даже достойный отель.
Начну с места расположения - отель городской, но до моря минут 7 прогулочным шагом, совсем рядом с отелем магазин migros (типа нашей пятёрочки), обменники, всякие ресторанчики, аптеки и маркеты, короче рядом есть вообще все что может потребоваться.
Сам отель - основной корпус хороший и очень удачно расположен на территории (проситесь заселиться именно в него), в других не был, но они расположены не так удачно, и по отзывам так себе.
По питанию - меня все устроило, овощи всякие и свежие и тушеные/жареные, курица/рыба норм, с мясом скромнее, по фруктам скромно, десерты всякие. Очереди за едой в начале обеда/ужина это правда (многие ломятся поесть как только откроется ресторан), но если придти на пол часа попозже уже все свободно.
Анимация и обслуживание - на отлично, отдельный респект Исмаилу.
Короче мне все понравилось, был приятно удивлен. Сейчас тут 08.05.2023!

For 4, a good hotel, the food is delicious , the staff is good for the most part , the water park is cool ,the beach is beautifully decorated, but the entrance to the water is not very, boulders often come across ... another of the disadvantages is 1.the building, which is not the main one, but tired through the transition 2.pour drinks into tiny plastic cups of 0.1 ml and they don't give more than 2 in their hands 3. on the beach, alcohol and all food except gozleme cakes are paid.

Еда +++5, обслуживание на хорошем уровне, внимательность персонала, отлично убирали номер.
Но есть два минуса : очень далеко пляж, заявлено 350 м от отеля, по факту 1 км, с детьми, в жару очень тяжело идти, особенно переходить через дорогу по переходу, через подземный переход ещё дольше идти, но что ещё хуже пляж ужасно грязный (видео прилагаю). И сам отель жутко далеко расположен от аэропорта Анталии, мы ехали 4,50 часа, при том, что летели из Калининграда 2,50 ч. Опоздали на ужин, пришлось ожидать ночной суп в 23.00 и на том спасибо 😅🙂

Отель очень понравился, отличное питание, анимация, душевная атмосфера, все очень красиво, много денег вложено в удобство для отдыхающих. Проживала в коттедже, номер просторный, понравилось. Рядом фруктовые деревья, экзотика. Очень понравилось наличие пляжной зоны практически рядом с номером,2 бассейна, напитки, тихо, спокойно, не надо бежать к главному корпусу. Новые современные лежаки, очень удобные. Свежий ремонт везде. Когда идёшь по коридору с отделкой мрамором песочного оттенка, с откоытытюм небом, то ощущаешь себя героиней фильма Великолепный век, много восточного колорита, красивые светильники, фонарики. По понедельникам рынок прямо рядом с отелем, купила там летнее платье Италия, бриджи, кожаные босоножки и шарф из натурального шёлка очень красивый, ещё дорожку на стол очень изящную и 3 кг клубники. Недалеко есть Метро, там люди набирают с собой овощи. Я взяла там огурцы, помидоры, брокколи. Помидоры с огурцами оказались очень сладкими, вообще вау. Хочу ещё добавить, что по правилам отеля из отеля нельзя выносить еду чтобы покормить собак. Если хотите угостить животное, надо идти в Мигрос рядом и покупать там. Вискас для кошек лучше привозить с собой, в Турции он подороже, я так делаю. О кошках и собаках также заботятся местные жители. В общем отдых очень понравился, хотела бы ещё приехать именно в этт отель.

Nice hotel, 3 swimming pools- water park (7 slides, 3 children, 4 adults), quiet (few people + table tennis and billiards), a regular pool.
Everything is fine, the rooms are huge, every day some kind of entertainment.
The only disadvantage is that you can't take towels out of the room, for a fee of $ 1 1 towel per day

We were at this hotel in early September, the heat was unbearable. The food was varied and there was always food. Отель просто замечательный, для 4 звезд идеально! 350 м от моря, номера приличные, питание для 4-ки супер. Персонал, отдельная тема, в редких 5ках встречала таких воспитанных и отзывчивых людей, неожиданно приятно. Алания просто покорила, чисто, красиво, уютно! Напитки на любой вкус , вино три вида, и крепкие напитки. Пляж с удобными лежаками, пляжный бар с напитками безалко ( в апреле так было) Рекомендую также гостям с детьми, горки очень даже ничего!

Очень понравился отель, отель семейный, с очень хорошей анимацией, аквапарк хороший для всех, весело, всегда чисто, официанты супер, все вежливые, до моря недалеко идти! Мы с ребёнком были в Турции впервые, но остались очень довольны все!
Из минусов, которые надеюсь решат когда-нибудь:
Ужасный вай-Фай, вечно вылетающий,
Платный сейф в номере( как-то странно если честно для меня),
И что нельзя брать полотенца на море, как-то не очень везти полотенца для пляжа на отдых!

Чисто, уютно, доброжелательные сотрудники. Анимация и для детей и для взрослых, номера в отеле очень комфортные - все прекрасно. По еде- все включено, морепродуктов было немного, еда разнообразная, большое количество коктейля алкогольного и безалкогольного, до пляжа 7 -10 минут ходьбы, на территории пляжа также закуски, напитки, недалеко магазины и ТЦ.

Плюсов у отеля очень много, но есть и минусы:
Первый жирный минус отдыха в Турции - это еда на шведском столе. Я даже не думала, что могу столько съесть. В итоге, чтобы не набрать вес, пришлось много плавать в море и ходить по экскурсиям и тратить деньги на эти прекрасные виды, а не валяться, как тюлень у бассейна.
Ещё один минус - это конечно, персонал. Все вокруг говорят спасибо - пожалуйста. Ни одного кислого лица на ресепшене или в баре и как назло все отдыхающие весёлые и милые. А мы русские, вообще-то, привыкли мало улыбаться. Теперь, по привычке, ходишь в своём городе и всем улыбаешься, как дурак.
Нет ротавируса. Это вообще беда. Даже вспомнить нечего. А как же промывание желудка со всех сторон и очищение организма? За это большущий минус.
Свободные лежаки и полупустой пляж.
Не с кем поругаться из-за места под солнцем. Некого обсудить, в конце концов, что они со своим огромным покрывалом и другим местом, на котором сидят, заняли пол пляжа. Спотыкнуться не об кого, даже. Сразу минус.
Уборка в номере каждый день - это как называется, вообще? Раскидал вещи, пошёл на пляж. Пришёл в номер, где вещи искать? Кепка валялась в углу, а нашли мы её, в итоге, в гардеробе на крючке. Капец неудобно. За это сразу два минуса.
Ну и ещё один минус - это отдых в целом, после которого не хочется возвращаться домой. Мне как этот стресс пережить, что снова нужно готовить, убираться, рано вставать?

Прекрасный отель по соотношению цена-качество. Внимательный персонал, анимационная команда отличная, аниматор Анна👌👍шоупрограммы каждый день разные. Питание есть что выбрать, разнообразное. Пляж прекрасный, идти недолго. Хороший детский отель, рекомендую.

Отель для детей. Во дворе бассейн. Маловат для такого количества постояльцев. Горки-аквапарк есть. Номер не очень комфортный, кондиционер еле холодил. Если открываешь и закрываешь окна и дверь (входную) кондиционер нужно постоянно включать заново. Ушёл из номер карту забрал вообще ничего не работает. Кровати для людей не выше 180 см. Диван полуторка более менее 190см. Душевая: есть тропический душь но очень тонкие струйки , если дать средний напор не очень комфортно. Фен просто есть, очень слабенький. Завтрак обед полдник ужин хорошие есть что повыбирать. Особенно с пивком эх хорошечно. Пляжи благоустроены, но заход в воду опасный есть большие валуны с острыми краями. В первый же день повредил ногу (ушиб и порез). Ночью отель красивый с подсветкой и на балконе тоже, хорошо спасают плотные шторы. Но спать спокойно не придётся, особенно в выходные до 01:00 ночи весь отель вместе с фундаментом ходуном ходит от дискотек и всяких программ. Плюс орущие иностранцы -колхозники . Такое ощущение что двери и стены из бумаги,слышимость, как будто рядом с вами орут. Берите беруши и наушники, и голову под подушку. Может поможет. На экскурсии ценник от 240евро за четверых. Вообщем скажу так, если есть возможность и вы ищете для детей адекватный и комфортный отдых , то поищите отели получше.

Шикарный отель, прекрасный рабочий коллектив, к гостям относятся с любовью, остались с близкими в восторге! Выражаю отдельную благодарность: аниматору-диджею, акробатам, барменам, женщине готовящей гёзлеме и официантам, которые были очень предусмотрительны и приветливы. КУХНЯ ОТМЕННАЯ!
