If you want a relaxing and cultural holiday, then this is the place for you. The territory of the hotel is cozy and well-maintained, the houses (rooms) are beautiful, spacious, new and stylish, the bed is comfortable, close to the sea, the food is very tasty (lunch and dinner can be ordered, you will not stay hungry), there is a bar, good Wi-Fi, the pool is clean + heated, you can rent sap and swim in the sea. Special thanks for the kindness and hospitality to Aram, George, Magomed and the chef, wonderful people who create comfort and monitor the safety of each guest. I will definitely come here again!
P.S.: Someone writes that it is a wilderness here, yes, the hotel is really far from entertainment centers and you are unlikely to find entertainment nearby on foot, but you can book a tour and they will come for you. If you are looking for drinking parties, then it is better to go to Gagra or Sukhum. It is a cultural and relaxing holiday here)

We rested in this wonderful place in the first half of October. Of all the proposed options, we chose this hotel, and we did not lose) on one side of the hotel there is a view of the mountains, on the other the sea) cozy houses with everything you need, TV, air conditioning, a powerful hair dryer, kettle, refrigerator, clothes dryer, a chic bed with snow-white clean linen, an extra bed for a child- an armchair-a bed, a set of towels, some dishes, but you can ask for extra in the dining room, if you need something, you can contact a nice maid) there is a terrace where you can spend evenings playing music) a chic clean warm pool, and in the evening- at night even hot, the child was delighted, practically did not get out of there. The beach is a minute's walk away, the sea is clear, every pebble is visible in calm, the beach is wild and pebbly, but this is its charm for those who do not like crowds of vacationers lying nearby, peace and quiet. The hotel has a bar with delicious cocktails, a dining room, breakfasts are included in the price, lunch is 500 rubles per person, dinner is 400, the food is varied, very tasty homemade, buffet, we ate too much, the chefs are smart, the nicest people😋in general, all the staff is excellent, friendly, friendly, pleasant to communicate) not far from the hotel there are shops and a stall where you can buy fruits, churchkhela, Abkhazian beer, as well as arrange excursions. It's a beautiful place. Everything is new and clean. Comfortable beds. An iron and ironing board are available on site. Linen and towels are changed. The cleanest pool and sea. Very tasty and nutritious food.
The hosts are very good-natured and hospitable. You can always negotiate with them or ask for something. There is a bar. Only the who music sometimes plays very loudly.We traveled all over the coast and I want to say that this is the most successful location. Quiet, clean, no sewers in the sea. It is convenient to get to any place by car. There are similar hotels in Abkhazia, but this one is the coolest in terms of its location and cleanliness and comfort. 2 minutes from the sea.

Blue Sky, a small Gudauta paradise.
30 comfortable houses with excellent location.
The first thing I would like to mention is the beauty of the location. The founder of this project definitely did not lose his choice of location. From any point of the complex, the mountains are "in the palm of your hand", the sea, which is 20 m away, can be observed even from a small window in the bathroom. The territory is clean and well maintained. One day it will become even in vegetation, because it is carefully cared for.
As for the room, that's enough. Comfortable bed with snow-white linens, refrigerator, TV, hair dryer, full-length mirror🤭
Bedside tables, spacious wardrobe, additional a sleeping place in the form of a sofa, a table and a chair.
The curtains are dense and do not shine through, with such large windows, I consider this a big plus.
Maid girls do an excellent job with a room stock of 30 houses. They are friendly and respond quickly to requests.
The way to the sea is really 1 minute. A large wild pebble beach. Considering the novelty of the hotel (August 2023), the beach area has not yet been landscaped and I think it's only a matter of time. I don't consider it a minus.
By the way, spoiler alert: there won't be a single minus in this review.
The pool is just HONEY. It is quite large, there is a children's section where there is a small depth. Heated, which allows you to stay in it even after sunset. There is no smell of chlorine, the water is crystal clear, this is also well monitored. There are plenty of sun beds and umbrellas, everything is in good condition.
The big tent by the pool is a baaar. The Antonovs work there, they're great guys. They can have tea, coffee, and wine with Blue Sky cocktails there (in the last photo). Bar, prosperity to you, so that everything you have planned will come true in the near future.
In the near future, it is planned to open a dining room, which means that you can have breakfast right on site. But if this is already planned, then everything will be done at the highest level and soon.
And for example, if you want to have lunch or dinner without leaving the territory, there is a menu and delivery numbers in the rooms and on the bar, an approximate wait of 30-40 minutes
Now about the main thing, I leave this review for good people. For their attitude to the guests and their work, for their professionalism. They are looking for an approach to everyone, for example, some guests relax loudly, have fun with music, but only until the right time for this, so that other guests, for example, a family with kids in the rooms, can relax comfortably, that is, it is controlled and it is cool.
Whatever problem and request we had, everything was solved instantly. Oleg, my brother, helped us with everything.
Everyone is in their place there. Everyone treats the guests with a heart. It's strange that in gratitude to them for everything, you can only leave this review.
Blue Sky, you guys are the best. I wish you that all the houses were always inhabited by pleasant tourists, success in everything, develop, let your cottage complex flourish and expand. It will be nice to come back here again.

I go to Abkhazia for the weekend. I've been going here for a long time)) still, Gudauta. It is far from the highway on foot, but there is a taxi - 250 rubles and you are there. And it's worth it!
Right on the shore. The entrance to the sea is sand! Because of this, the sea is muddy.
Neat houses like mushrooms😍They're fresh inside and out. The spacious room has everything you might need on vacation: kettle, refrigerator, dryer, hair dryer,...a good conder👍Each house has its own terrace. I pulled out a table with a chair, sat in the shade. High!
There is a large swimming pool with a paddling pool on site. Clean, beautiful. The houses are not close to it - it 's a big one ➕
There is a small dining room where you can order breakfast, lunch and dinner. I only had breakfast, but they say it's delicious.
In the morning, I called a taxi to the Lykhnensky intersection, there are minibuses there. The whole trip from the hotel to the house took 1.5 hours. Unexpectedly fast)

Paradise! We liked everything: from the Abkhazian hospitality of the cottage staff to the view from the windows of the cottage!
A clean pool that does not smell of chlorine. There are plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas.
🌟The beach! The beach is wild, but that's the beauty of it. Clean, there are no crowds of people, pebbles, dolphins in the morning (I always went to the beach early), a eucalyptus grove nearby. If you need beach traffic, then literally 4-6 minutes on foot and you get to the city beach. At the recreation center, you can rent a sapboard, which we actively used. There is a paved road to the beach.
🌟The house is equipped with: a small terrace with mountain views (we had 14 houses), a large bed + extra bed, snow-white bed linen and towels, a spacious wardrobe, bedside tables, a table, a mirror, a shower (2 modes), a hair dryer, air conditioning, a refrigerator, a TV.. You can always ask the maid for an iron and ironing board. Soon, Director George wanted to open a laundry room, which would be cool!
Delicious homemade breakfasts. Lunch and dinner can be ordered at an affordable price
🌟Bar. Antosha can make both delicious coffee and an invigorating cocktail. The bar area is always clean (it was important for me). Music from morning to evening, but the volume is adjusted if asked.

We rested at this hotel in July, among the advantages is a warm pool , clean sea nearby and beautiful nature . Of the disadvantages - for the money that people pay - meals should be included in the price of the trip. In the neighboring hotel , everything is included ( despite the fact that the price of the hotel is cheaper ) , everyone was running around and thinking where to eat . Meals are organized on site - but they are paid. Also, for the first time we came across the fact that we need to buy drinking water ourselves , I don 't see any problems with the administration buying and putting it in people 's rooms every day . This is the first time I've seen this. Wherever we go, the hotel always provides water daily. When a ticket costs 150 thousand, it's strange to come and run in search of water …
The beach is nearby , the sea is beautiful and very clean - but the beach itself is not cleaned ( sticks , bags , bottles are lying around ) . I don 't understand why you can't hire a person who takes care of the beach and the surrounding area once a day . It will not be possible to enter the sea without special shoes. Be sure to buy yourself some aquasocks.
The rooms are cleaned every 3 days , while the pillowcases have not been changed once , the towels have been selectively changed 2 times . In local cafes, prices are no different from restaurants in Moscow ( only they naturally fall short ) . The portions are small and everything is very not very …
I have two impressions from this vacation. I remember only the beautiful clear sea - but for the sake of it we went there.

The cottages are excellent, everything you need to eat (kettle, refrigerator, hair dryer, air conditioning). The furniture is new, modern, the mattresses are generally top, ideal in rigidity! Pillows, blankets, bed linen - the cleanest, most comfortable.
The holiday home is in the process of completing some of the premises, but what is already there is more than enough for a relaxing holiday.
The pool is a separate fairy tale! Clean, not small, illuminated in the evening and at night, there is a small compartment for small children and the water is warm. You can swim around the clock.
All the staff are friendly and helpful (I didn't fully understand who is who) Special thanks to Oleg (the "florist")!
There is a bar, music always plays, except at night, it does not interfere.
The cleaning of the houses is timely and unobtrusive.
The territory has an excellent location: 50 meters from the sea, on the other side of the mountain.
Of the disadvantages, I can only mention one - the distance from the nearest shops and the market. But for someone it is only a joy, it is useful to walk) and the hotel staff will always come to the rescue in terms of delivery where needed, there is a taxi.

- we traveled a lot along the coast, but I have never seen such clear water in the sea on the beaches. The shore is pebbles, I swam in slippers, it's not very comfortable to go in, but it's worth it. Another plus is that the beach is conditionally wild, and if there are a lot of people swimming and sunbathing in front of large hotels in the coastal zone, then there was almost no one here. About communal drains, we went both right and left, there are no pipes nearby, the hotel collects drains in septic tanks, that is, from this point of view, it is also not squeamish)) the sea is 50 meters from the hotel, who walks there for 10 minutes and what route is unclear. It's a 10-minute walk to the tents with circles and supermarket shops, that's right;

We rested with my wife from 06/10/24 we arrived at 11. we checked in at 14.00 . we prepared the room. Rafid's maid prepared the house for check-in, everything is fine, they really wanted 2 separate beds, but Aram said that the travel agency did not indicate separate beds. Okay, we're not annoying people. There are no complaints about the service person, everyone is happy to help. The pool is great. Meals, we had breakfast included, went to the pasionat Apsny. The food is excellent, buffet style. You can go there for lunch (550 rubles) and dinner (450 rubles). everything is delicious. For those who want to buy fruits, wine, etc. there are small private shops near Apsny, you can go to the market for 500 rubles in both directions. When we arrived, the road to the beach was to be desired, a tractor was brought in on the day of departure, everything was leveled, the road and the beach. Aram said that by September they will launch their own dining room (they can't find a cook), then I hope there is no need to go anywhere at all. The bartender Anton, the manager Aram, Rafida and everyone thank you very much for the warm atmosphere and a good rest. We will return here again with pleasure.

I had a rest in September 2024. It's generally fine. I have nothing to compare it with, this is my first time in Abkhazia. The houses are new, they are only a year old, but our window in the fourth house was broken, it did not close and this interfered with normal sound insulation. And she needed it, because the music that was playing on the bar all the time was sometimes tiring and she just wanted silence.
There is devastation around the hotel and there is not much place to walk. It would be great if they made a normal alley leading from the cabins to the Apsny boarding house.
Well, the condition of the beach at the hotel leaves much to be desired. Why not clean it up? People come to the sea to swim /sunbathe, and here it is! I have to go to another beach, look for a place where it is cleaner and more beautiful.
Of the advantages: the hotel is clean, the food is delicious and they try. The room has everything you need. The pool is also good, thanks.

was vacationing with my husband from 08/14/21/2024 in BLUE SKY cottage houses and we felt disrespect from Anton specifically (the bartender).
1. During our entire vacation, he went not far from our house to relieve himself and at the same time returned to his workplace and we noticed more than once that he did not wash his hands.
2. For a week I went in the same clothes, black shorts and an orange T-shirt, in the evening when talking with my husband, the husband says the bartender actually washes, walks in the same thing, why does the owner not make a remark to him, and the next morning, a miracle happened, the bartender changed clothes, a white T-shirt and black shorts.So that you understand, we arrived on vacation on 08/14.24 and 08/20.24 he changed his clothes, like the face of the bar.
3. We came to the bar with my husband, because the Internet catches well in the bar to communicate with loved ones and at work, my husband asked the bartender to open 2 cans of non-alcoholic beer for us (his own), to which the bartender replied, this is the first and last time, you need to buy from us, I told you if I can bring you what you need, but why should we be on vacation in restriction and have to buy from the bartender, we have the right to buy what, where and when ourselves, without dictating to others.
4. Literally after 7-10 minutes, a guy of Caucasian nationality came to the bar from house No. 25, and we from house No. 27, put a bag of food on the table, with his alcohol, asked the bartender for 2 glasses and a plate, and the bartender without questions or complaints gave him everything he asked, the guy laid everything out on the table He called his wife next to us and they began to eat.
It was such disrespect and humiliation that I could barely restrain myself, thanks to my husband for stopping me so that I would not quarrel, such a question is how we differ, the same vacationers as them, but nothing. We came to Abkhazia for a vacation and treated everyone on the territory with respect and did not share the attitude towards people.
5.2 we ran into each other in the dining room when we came to breakfast, there was an empty table, breakfast was from 8-10 o'clock in the morning, and we came 2 times at 8:40.As my husband said, there was something delicious here, but we didn't find out.The food itself is fresh, delicious, full, but monotonous, almost everything is the same, thanks to the cook and his wife, she is at the height of hard work!

Aram is respectful, polite, smiled at the meeting, helped us solve our problems during the rest.
And I want to wish you to bring to mind the playground to the sea and that the houses have a table and 2 chairs, so as not to strain the bartender, with your presence and sit at home and relax, inside the house.

The hotel itself is excellent , the houses are very cozy with a comfortable bed and everything you need, the sea is just a few steps away, a beautiful view. The working staff is responsive and can help and suggest what you ask.
The only disadvantage is the lack of a washing machine , that is, you will have to wash it manually🫠
There is also a lack of a kitchen, but it should open soon, so those who fly here on vacation in July- August, I think they will already be able to use the kitchen.

To be honest, I don't understand so many laudatory reviews. It feels like they're not real. Yes, the hotel is new, nothing has been worn out yet, it is clean. The pool is nice. But that seems to be it. You come for breakfast, there is a pot of boiling water. They boiled it once and that's it. Then the water cools down and that's it, drink tea and coffee cold. Compotes, too, if they're over, then that's it, you don't have to wait. Personally, we saw with our own eyes how used cups are washed simply with a sponge WITHOUT DISHWASHING DETERGENT. And for a second, rotovirus is constantly walking in Abkhazia.
You pay 500 rubles for lunch, the food is supposedly a choice (meat of two types). But if you do not come first, but in the middle (not even at the end of lunch), there is simply not enough food. I have to eat what's left. It's almost a battle for a salad (just made of cabbage and cucumbers). And you'll have to eat at the hotel, because there's nowhere else. There is a cafe a little further away, but you will get tired of ordering the same thing there every day.
Further, the infrastructure outside the hotel is simply not there. When we were driving here, we read all the reviews, imagined that it would be a quiet place. But we didn't expect it to be SO remote. This is a horse shock. There's rubble all around, you can't get through. To get to the shabby village stalls, you have to walk along a completely dark alley (you have to go lighting up with your phone), and you can get into cowshed. Because of the attractions here, it looks like only cows...
and, well, also, the first and last house smells very much of sewage.
I want to say that this is not the first time we have been on vacation in Abkhazia. We have an idea that this is not Nice. But to be so remote, it's certainly trash. I am shocked that tour operators send tourists to such remote villages.
There is nothing on the embankment, no place to walk. Just a field, destroyed buildings, cats, dogs, and cows.
One of the advantages is the clear sea.
As for me, my grandmother's village is more fun and has more attractions.

A great place if you want to stay in silence and without any civilization. The house has everything you need:Shower, toilet, table, chair, bed, kettle, glasses, bed, bedside tables on the sides, and most importantly air conditioning-it can be configured for both heat and cold. There are also 2 sets of towels, soaps, shampoos, gels. But, it is better to buy your own soap accessories, they are not changed often, as well as towels and bed linen. There is an ashtray for smokers on the porch. Outside there is a swimming pool, sun loungers. The water in the pool is clean and warm. We ate in local Cafes, the most delicious, simple and inexpensive food was in Olga's cafe. I advise you, it's beautiful there, the beach is within walking distance, but the beach is pebbly.

We had a great rest at this hotel. Very comfortable houses, 3 beds in the room, a kettle, a decanter, glasses, a powerful hair dryer (and not as usual)
A 24-hour pool without chemicals (there is some kind of special cleaning).
The sea is very close. There is a eucalyptus grove nearby. The managers at the hotel have always provided assistance to vacationers.
By next season, they promised to complete the dining room, reception and improve the beach.

A very nice place. It's just Great for Abkhazia. Respect and respect for the owner. In a hole like Gudauta (this is not Gagra, Athos or Pitsunda), a wonderful location was created in a place where there used to be a swamp and a wasteland. There are 30 cottages, each cost one and a half lemons, done conscientiously. As a rule, houses are put here at a price of 300 tr., feel the difference. The pool is a separate song. You feel no worse than in Greece. Pool bar: beer - 150 rubles., I recommend Pitsunda Original, vodka - 100 rubles. per hundred, I recommend Sukhumi. The bartender Anton, a guy from St. Petersburg, is a professional. The management and staff team is beyond praise. At the head is Aram, the administrator is Oleg, all guests are met personally, checked in, and asked about comments and wishes on a daily basis. I'm surprised there's enough patience for everyone. (Even the maids are all courtesy.) They make you feel comfortable and safe.
There is complete order on the territory, after 24 hours - peace and quiet.
Beyond the territory, of course, there is the usual devastation for this area. Walk 500 meters to the right, there is another island of civilization - the Apsny boarding house. There are sunshades, sun beds, animation, banana rides and boat trips on the beach. At first we went there for breakfast, it wasn't bad. Then they opened a canteen on the territory, it is not necessary to go far, even better, the cook is doing well, he is trying, cottage cheese casserole, pancakes, buns, porridges are good at home.
There are 200 meters from the cottages to the sea, there is no beach, but you can swim. The entrance to the water is too uncomfortable and there is no entertainment. Go 700 meters to the left, there are rocks in the sea, swim a little and you can dive with a mask. A little further on there are two breakwaters from which you can dive and not have to worry about entering the water. There are no people there until 5 o'clock, after that local residents with their families come by car, because in this place you can drive straight to the beach, especially a lot of them on weekends.
