The very first time in Vietnam I had to stay in this hotel. The room was on the 12th floor with a balcony. The location is great. The first line. View of the sea and Gorky Park. There are many shops and cafes nearby. The center of Pravda is a 20-minute walk away. This is the only negative. Otherwise, everything is great.
