It's a disgusting place! The first time I took my son abroad and it was so unsuccessful, but he liked it, and I cried for the first two days and he calmed me down.

We had a vacation with my husband in early July 2023. The check-in did not go well. We drove from the airport for about 1.5 hours. We filled out the questionnaire, took the voucher, put on bracelets, the room was not ready (check-in after 14h). The luggage was moved to the baggage room, and they went to lunch. It is from 12.30 to 14h. Few people speak Russian from the staff and at the reception. We arrived from lunch, almost immediately we were given cards for towels (to receive and take to the spa by the pool) and a room key. The room was entered by the employee himself, who made out at the reception. The room is on the second floor, in the main building. We went into the room, and there was a puddle on the floor (condensation from the air conditioner, well not over the bed). He immediately ran away, as explained by the cleaner. And I went to check the room to see if everything was working. The sink is of course without a table, there is nowhere to put soap accessories. Flushing in the toilet only the "big" button worked, but at least one of the two. The sink didn't drain well. But the biggest disadvantage: there is no balcony, one crossbar from it in a window or doorway (I don't even know what to call it correctly, I'm sorry I didn't take a photo). And they chose a room with a balcony at the travel agency, even paid extra. The reception refused to change the room, like it's also a balcony. The next day, when meeting with the guide (TEZ TOUR), he listened to me about the fact of the balcony and went to the reception. But when he returned, he said that this was also a standard room, not an economy one. In fact, if you paid extra for it at the travel agency, you had to register it in the voucher for accommodation in the notes. After the rest, I contacted the travel agent. Her comment: you were divorced, you should have contacted me, I would have decided on my level. That's how we were left without a room with a balcony for our own money (there is nowhere to dry swimsuits). By the way, many of the vacationers complained that when choosing a tour, you choose a room with a balcony, but in fact they give you a room without or with this crossbar (like a "French" balcony). Someone was replaced, and someone was not. Let's go back to the air conditioner, it hasn't worked yet, but it was fixed right away. But there was a puddle under the air conditioner a couple of times, and then I stopped turning it off at night and there was no problem. It can be seen that everything is already in need of repair, and the furniture in the restaurant (dining room) is being replaced. The room was cleaned every day, bottled water was also put on (as well as in a cooler or in "cups" in the freezer). Towels were changed, but not all, but the bed linen?! Judging by the stain on the pillowcase, no. Meals: chicken and turkey, but there is no choice at lunch. Some kind of sausages or cutlets. For dinner, though, fish is sometimes grilled, but so-so. Once there was grilled chicken (delicious), and the fish was too dry. The queue for French fries (deep-frying oil in which it is fried looks like "solara", they obviously do not know about its replacement here). Once there was mashed potatoes, obviously from potato flakes, it looks like paste. That's why we ate vegetables, cereals, like bulgur or something, pasta is terrible. Once there were mussels in sauce with onion and pepper. According to the fruits, there were cherries once, as well as sliced oranges and apples. Watermelon every other day, there's a queue behind it. They give ice cream from 17 to 18h by the pool. An hour after the start of dinner, there are no dishes and, to be honest, they are often just dirty. The smells of sewage in the territories and in the hotel. But the sea, you can forgive a lot for it, but not everything!🤔 Sandy beach *7-10 minutes on foot, and the minibus runs according to the schedule. The entrance is smooth, a paradise for children. The beach bar has only beer from alcohol, as well as tea, coffee, chocolate and juices and a vending machine. Hamburgers, a relatively edible cutlet. They bake pizza and tortillas. However, I only ate pizza dough, very tasty crust. And the filling, obviously the processing of food, so much pepper, by the way, the same thing in the hotel. The sun beds and mattresses have already served their time. That's how we rested. The hotel is not bad if you invested money there, but it's a solid three. There were pancakes for breakfast a couple of times. The meat is mainly chicken, turkey, soy nuggets. Once there was a fish (tasty, not dry). There are enough salads and greens. The soups are delicious.
To walk to the sea slowly, 10-15 minutes (100 meters uphill); there is also a shuttle from the hotel. Animation is mainly for children. The pool is clean, but .... Turkish women swim in it in outerwear, in which they walk down the street!!!!!! The beach is WONDERFUL!!!!!!!!!!

Margarine is used instead of butter, apparently everything else is fried on it... The choice is small, powdered mashed potatoes, soy cutlets and something else similar to animal feed. Juices - diluted with mirinda, it can be seen to be stored longer.
No matter how many times I bought excursions from a "hotel guide", i.e. a tour operator (in our case, there was an Intourist), I always swore that this time would be the last. I won't paint for a long time, but it's expensive and no service, if I gave the money, that's it, you can't change the date or change something.
In general, in Turkey, we were here (I couldn't resist, I decided to write on the day of departure) for the first time, everything is expensive, prices are about the same as in Moscow, there are of course very cheap Chinese things, but it's still cheaper on AliExpress... Everything that is more or less of high quality is more expensive than in Russia. I don't want to offend all the locals, I probably come across the wrong sellers, but everyone around wants to fool you, give the change in liters instead of dollars, charge the child more than necessary, slip something low-quality... If you have already paid, but something is wrong, you can only return the money by force. It's not very comfortable.
The food is call (literally, meatballs stink of them, mashed potatoes are powdered, like a rollton, chicken can do nothing else, there is nothing else - no fruit, no cherries, no fish, to the question "Why is there no fish on the menu" - "we don't have cooks who could cook it").
Animation is normal (but all for Turks, Russians are allowed to sing karaoke in the evening, respect for them).
The audience is 80% of Turks who cannot connect 2 words in Russian, and even all with small children.
The pool - all these Turks with children are in it, if they have already got into this hotel - take care of the children and yourself, do not go to the pool, we picked up rotovirus there on the first day and the rest was completely ruined, bleach is added to it a little and everyone in the hotel then burps and shits and throws away the shitty sheets on the aisle and until you say it yourself, all this trash will not be removed, by the way, I bought a domestos on the first day and treated the entire bathroom with it.
So the rooms are normal, if you want to sleep normally, give 10 dollars to the Reception and ask that the room does not go out to the side of the pool with animation, otherwise you will not fall asleep, at night about 2-3 hours they begin to drain somewhere in the field or next to the sewer and if you woke up at that time from the smell of it, you will not fall asleep, but as I understood it in the Force of norms, everyone does it.

We stayed at the hotel from June 21 to June 30, 2019. They settled in quickly, they asked for $ 20 for a room with a view of the pool at the reception, we refused, because it was unprincipled for us. And yet we ended up in a room with a view of the pool. The room is standard, with good furniture, a TV with 3 Russian channels, a refrigerator and air conditioning. The bathroom has shower gel, hand soap and a hairdryer. Cleaning is daily, but not very high-quality, linen was not changed at all, only towels. But this did not upset us at all, the hotel, of course, is a minus in this regard, it did not spoil our rest. The territory of the hotel is very small, but nevertheless there was enough space for slides and two pools for children, for which the hotel can be given a plus sign. It was impossible to approach the adult pool, the sun beds were occupied from 6 a.m. But again, we weren't particularly interested in the pool, we were flying to the sea. It takes about 7 minutes to go to the sea, and a shuttle runs every half hour until 4 p.m. The sea here during this period is just wonderful, clean, warm, with a good sandy beach and convenient access to the sea. There are enough sun beds on the beach, they are located under an awning, which is very convenient, and in general, it is very comfortable to relax on the beach. There is a good bar with drinks, food and freshly baked tortillas, if it were not for the heat, you could stay on the beach all day. I put 5 on the beach and the bar, even with the unmade sand on the sun beds and mattresses. Now about the animation. I have something to compare it with, so I give the animation team a 5 plus. Well done guys, from 10 a.m. until late at night they qualitatively and professionally diversified the leisure of vacationers, there was no time to be bored. During the day-water aerobics, zumba, table tennis, volleyball on the beach. In the evening-karaoke, various fun contests, discos. Now about the most delicious thing-food, of course. I must say right away, there are no delicacies, but the choice of dishes is large, you will not stay hungry. Very good pastries in the morning, in the afternoon and in the evening-chicken, beef, fish, vegetables, everything was cooked delicious, if anything ended, another container was immediately brought, the waiters, unlike the reception staff, attentive and polite, even not always clean dishes did not spoil the general opinion about the restaurant. Minus-there were few fruits and watermelon was only at dinner, grilled meat -there were always long queues, we didn't even try to stand.The advantages also include the convenient location of the hotel in Evrenseki-there is a variety of shopping centers nearby, if desired, you could make a trip to Manavgat, a bus stop next to the hotel. I was vacationing with a friend and we decided, if possible, we would return to this hotel next summer.

We had a rest from 03.09.2019 - 13.09.2019.. We arrived at 9.00 , check in after 15.00 .They gave 10 s at the reception to check in. We stayed until 14.30. Turks with their families first of all, we are like the second class. The attitude is gloom. The hotel is so-so, there are more Turks. Muslims.... you understand...Someone might like it. We DON'T. The sea is far away. There is a minibus, BUT until 16.00.

We had a rest in August 2018 with 2 children, we paid for a two-room family room, but when checking in there were no family rooms, we had to write a complaint to the tour operator. After 2 days, we were moved to a family room and given a free safe and Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi weak photos do not load, let alone videos. There are no air conditioners on the street, just keep in mind the fans.
