The food is always fresh. Diverse. I really liked the tomato puree soup. Fruits every day. Seafood is served with a fresh catch. There is always alcohol in the bar. There is also a fast food bar. Always warm French fries and local tortillas with filling. The chef controls everything and tastes the dishes that are prepared for the guests. The beach is a three-minute walk away. You can get to it through an underground tunnel. It is better to enter the sea from the shore through the pier . There are no sharks and jellyfish in the sea, but sawfish fry swim) . Turkey Day is organized once a week with an entertainment program. The bar is open until 23.00. The music is varied. The staff is polite and understands Russian. Rooms are cleaned every morning. After lunch, it's nice to come in and feel the aroma of freshness.I got a room with a sea view. Rose bushes are planted along the Path to the hotel, there are palm trees and my favorite basil! Lots of greenery! I recommend it!

It's great for 4 people! We had a rest together.
The food is excellent, you will not stay hungry. The drinks aren't bad either. The sea is just around the corner through an underground passage. There are good water slides that turn on after lunch. The sea is warm. There is a pier from which you can jump or go down to the sea. The pier seems to be shared with another hotel.
Alanya is 10 minutes away by bus. The price is 1 dollar or 35 liras.
Of the cons.
1. The unpleasant smell of sewage from the toilet, of course, is not critical. But still. My friends also had a smell. Apparently there was a sewer problem all over the hotel.
2. The pool was a little cool, but that didn't stop us from swimming in it at all.
3. Entry from the sea from the beach. But that didn't stop us from swimming at all. We were going down to the sea from the pier. You can walk 50-100 meters to the right or slightly to the left of the beach and swim from the shore. On the left side there is a magnificent sandy beach with excellent access to the sea.
4. Animation. She wasn't here, but it was mostly possible for children. But since we were in October and it's already the end of the season, maybe that's why she wasn't there, but it's not critical at all.
In general, the hotel has a solid 4. I recommend the hotel for people who want to relax and do not look at such small disadvantages as torn wallpaper or a piece of skirting board is chipped off.

A really great hotel, almost everything is for 5, I'm resting in it now, and I'm happy from the comfortable environment, and from the responsive staff, and the Russian-speaking reception staff, and from high-quality food, everything is always beautiful in the restaurant, everything is fresh, everything is clean, only pleasant memories. The hotel is located at a great distance from the infrastructure. There is nowhere to walk. Only if along a busy highway. The nearest store and pharmacy are 4 stops away. For those who just eat, sleep, sunbathe, it will do.
The entrance to the sea is stone slabs, a strong wave, even men did not enter from the shore, it is unrealistic. Swim only from the pier, which is regularly kicked out because it belongs to another hotel. And it's deep there right away. With children and those who do not know how to swim, the pleasure is so-so.

The food is good, very tasty, red fish, beef, lamb, chicken, everything is delicious, the children ate with pleasure and without consequences. The snack bar is a little sparse, but if you get to the hot cakes, it's sooo delicious, the pools are clean, the sea is clean, discos until 11 pm, the water park is not big but good. Once a week there was a Turkish night and the Turks came with the national team.dancing and performance, very mesmerizing.
And now about the sad thing, the cleaning is bad, there are ants in some rooms, in our room, except for ants, there was a huge hive and wasps the size of a sparrow hanging on the balcony. But our Sonechka, without any problems, moved us to another room, the entrance to the sea is hard, plates, but next to the beach with a normal entrance. There is no animation, children's animation for three.

We stopped by at night and everything seemed sad. But in the sunlight and the sea, I liked it and the room was very good for its 4 stars. The kitchen is not familiar, of course, but everything is quite tasty, not restaurant delights, but often for lunch and dinner they were pleased with delicious food (grilled meat, salmon fish and some kind of delicious white fish), well, in short, it turned out to be a normal rest. We had a vacation with my husband in July of this year on a burning ticket. The hotel is generally not bad, between 3* and 4*. The rooms are quite spacious for two people, equipped with air conditioning, which is very saving in this heat. There is a clothes dryer on the balcony, which is also very convenient. The room has a small refrigerator, a TV with a Russian-language channel, there are clothes hangers in the closet, there are also blankets in case you freeze from the air conditioner, there is a safe (we did not use it, nothing was missing). Cleaning is not a wow, usually they just wipe the floor and make the bed. Towels are changed if necessary (to change them, just leave them on the floor).
There is Wi-Fi in the lobby, the Internet speed is low, so we bought additional Wi-Fi for one device, the speed was super on site.
The nutrition is quite good, the only point is that there is not a particularly diverse selection of hot dishes for lunch and dinner, but you will definitely not stay hungry. There are a lot of greens and vegetables, fruits, lots of desserts. Drinks include juices, sodas, tea and coffee. There is also something to choose from alcoholic beverages. Between lunch and dinner, you can refresh yourself at the snack bar, which serves incredibly delicious French fries, various tortillas, and vegetables. There is a shop at the hotel, which also has something to eat. We really liked the ice cream, the prices are quite affordable. Drinking water can be collected around the clock from the cooler in the pool bar.
The staff is friendly, there are many Russian speakers. Every day, except Sunday, there is animation for both children and adults. It is possible to go to a nightclub for a fee. There are two pools on site, one with slides, but it is more for children.
It is a maximum of 100 meters to the sea, but a rather big disadvantage is that entering the sea is very inconvenient - a stone slab covered with algae is very slippery and many people entered the sea from the pier. We just walked the extra 20 meters to the beach of the neighboring hotel, where we could safely go into the sea. There are no beach towels, we brought them with us, but they are on sale in the hotel store. Umbrellas and sun beds are free of charge. There is also a bar with soft drinks on the beach.
In general, the impressions of the rest are very good, if there is a burning ticket to this hotel, we will come again.

We stayed at this hotel with my wife and child in early October 2024.
The rooms are dirty, as they say. Room cleaning is mediocre, after cleaning, most of the dirt remains under the tables, towels with stains, it is better not to remove the linen from the mattress so as not to see the mattresses themselves. The balconies are all stained. There is no kettle and glasses in the rooms, you will have to take plastic ones.
The food is monotonous, there is no children's menu. In principle, you will not stay hungry, but there are no frills, there is a large selection of sweets, but it is monotonous - i.e. visually everything looks different, but it tastes the same.
If a child is under 3-4 years old, then it will be difficult to feed, for breakfast one porridge, rice and that is not particularly edible, they saved themselves with dry rings + milk.
There is no program as such, I especially want to pay attention to the music - it is the same as the food. You will listen to the same music every evening and on the 3rd-4th day you will be sick of this repertoire.
I've been in different fours, different countries, and Blue is definitely not a 4*.
If you need to relax, lie by the pool and just drink, then in principle, you can choose this hotel. From alcohol - ephesus beer, vodka, wine, gin. Drinks include juices (powdered), lemonades, water, tea, coffee. Snacks include cool tortillas with stuffing and French fries.
If it is possible to overpay for a better hotel, then don't even think about overpaying.

The hotel is not bad. Very good food. The chef personally prepared the dishes outside. Every day I went out to the restaurant and watched what dishes were missing and needed to be replenished. Everything was done very quickly. The guys who clean the restaurant and work in the bar are great. Everything is prompt and polite!
The rooms are spacious. We lived on the 5th floor. 2 elevators.
The sea is often stormy, but this is a feature of this area. We went into the sea only from the pier. It is impossible from the shore, you can kill yourself. On the beach, they drank sprite, tea and coffee at the bar. You can sit in the shade. We didn't swim in the pool, we took a couple of photos. Where there were no slides at all, although they heard that they were cool. The animation is so-so in the evening. A girl was also involved with the children. It was the same music every night, the DJ didn't bother much. For Russians, Gray Night, for Kazakhs - Astana, etc. I didn't like the way some of my compatriots behaved. It's a disgrace. One couple slept off every day in the afternoon, in the evening the show was staged by drunks. The company of drunk and smoking women is also not ice. I liked the hotel staff. We went to the hammam, made masks for free afterwards. The on-site shop is not bad. The cleaning was so-so, the towels were changed. The bed linen was changed 10 days later when Sonya was contacted at the reception. Sonya is doing well, she solves all issues quickly and intelligently. In general, the hotel is calm, cozy, with a good manager and staff. A separate respect for the gardener. Well done! Security is also on the level. The only thing that marred the impression was that a silver ring was missing from the table by the mirror in a friend's room. They contacted the reception, but the ring was never found. We rested from 18.07 to 2.08 for the second time in this hotel. I'll say this.... We are not scandalous or meticulous people... But until 2022, in how many hotels in Turkey there were, I did not want to return to any of them, except for the Blue Chips. Yes, the 4* hotel, yes, the cleaning is not ice, but.... The food, I think, is good, there are no favorite Turkish spices in every dish.... Let them not add salt, they themselves added salt, as it should be and well...the pools are good, they clean every day, the animation is so-so during the day, mostly on the slides, but in the evening.... Something every night... My daughter was delighted to go to the children's disco, we are delighted with the show, or just to taste the atmosphere of lightness and friendly atmosphere of people who do not even understand each other... Germans, Poles, Russians and Turks rest at the base. This hotel has become a family hotel for our family.... And we'll be back.

We arrived and settled right away. There is such a Sonya at the reception, a slightly strange woman. They asked for $45 for a room with a sea view, we spat on this view and took a room with a mountain view for $ 10.
I think the hotel is 4 stars, just because the sea is nearby, (2 minutes walk) and so solid 3. Since we are not picky tourists, we were not upset.
The breakfasts are monotonous, mostly eggs. The lunches and dinners were good, we were not hungry.
From 12 to 17, our favorite gezlemeshki were made.
The bar is from 10 to 23. The bartenders are friendly. And in general, all the staff is friendly.
I liked the beach, the entrance is only from the pier. But it's very small. And by the way, they don't give towels for the beach

I was vacationing here with a friend from May 12 to May 26, 2024. The hotel itself is not bad if you only want to eat, sleep and swim in the pool. For 1. The beach there is disgusting! Well, this is written in all reviews, I will not repeat myself. We had to go to the beach of the Angelique hotel, from where we were periodically kicked out.
2. There is nowhere to walk. We took a bus to Alanya and Side with Magavgat, the rest of the time we walked around the perimeter around several adjacent hotels. 3. Wi-Fi for money! The Internet at the reception is barely pulling.
They clean very sluggishly, I need to remind you. The towel was changed 1 time when I caught the cleaner in the room. The bed was changed on the 14th day when we left. The food is great, I won't say anything. This is probably the only plus. As for the staff, of course they smile in person, but in fact they need either sex or money from you. Or both.
A stray lost dog ran into the hotel, whom I began to take care of. I wanted to take it to Russia, but I didn't have time to prepare all the docks and stuff. Just before leaving, I found a person, through one employee from the reception (I attach a photo), who took the dog for himself.
Upon arrival in Russia, I found Russian people in Alanya who agreed to transport the dog to Russia by car, and wrote to the person to whom I attached the dog. He agreed to give it to me and even asked how to help me. We agreed that he would make a passport and a chip, and the next day he disappeared from the radar.
Then I started writing to the receptionist (whose friend I gave the dog to). And he first rolled out a condition for me to PERSONALLY come for the dog (by the way, he tried unsuccessfully to approach me while I was at the hotel). And when I refused, he offered me to return the dog for $1,000. At the same time, he was rude and called me names in the correspondence (I attach part of the correspondence).
When my people arrived at the hotel, these "nice" people from the reception (Sonya and the same friend) sang that the dog had been taken to Manavgat (it's an hour's drive from Kanakly), that she had already changed 5 owners, and that I calmed down and left them alone. They couldn't answer the question why they extorted $ 1000 from me then, they just called security and pushed the guys out of the hotel.
In general, there was a lot more, but everything ended well, the dog is with me in Russia.
Whether I will go to Turkey again, I do not know if I will go to this hotel - definitely not. I do not recommend it to anyone! For some of the staff, the prison is crying.
