Nice hotel, delicious breakfasts, attentive staff, excellent location.
Large rooms, clean linen, comfortable beds.
However, do not particularly count on the kitchen in the room: 1 pot, 1 frying pan and quite "battered", the stove heats slowly.
There are plates and cups. We expected to cook dinners there and lost)) it was necessary to take not only breakfasts, but also dinners, and in the end it would have been cheaper than buying something in their stores))
A year later, I want to add a review))
The new 2025 was welcomed in Marina View (Dubai Marina) and it largely resembles the Blue Beach Tower!!! Next time we're going to the Blue Beach Tower, but besides breakfast, we'll also take dinners.

The location of the hotel is excellent: beach, shops, restaurants, shopping center, marina, public transport. The view from the high floors is good in any direction, both to the sea and to the city. The rooms are large and clean, but not new. The staff is polite. We took breakfasts and dinners, we regretted it, very modestly. There's not even tea for dinner, regular tea. There are no dishes all the time, and there is no real food either. But I'm talking about the buffet. We were served a la carte for a couple of days and everything was OK.Although the restaurant has a la carte room service, the menu is extensive and the prices are more affordable than street cafes, it is quite tasty. I do not advise you to include meals in the tour, it is a useless overpayment.

Overall, the hotel is normal
Of the advantages:
- Good location: near an exchange office, cafes, a large shopping center, 5 minutes to the beach
- There are two swimming pools on site
- Polite staff
But there were a few disadvantages that spoiled the impression.:
- There were no bathrobes, a hair dryer, a toilet brush in the room, and the MOST INCONVENIENT THING was that there was no clothes dryer. Things after the pool or the beach just don't have a place to hang to dry.
- On the buffet: in the morning and evening, the choice of food is quite meager, and if you do not come to the beginning, you can find empty food containers and uncleaned tables. In this regard, they do not monitor and replenish stocks very quickly.
- There is no outlet for a hair dryer in the bathtub. I had to dry my hair in the room, which is not very convenient. And anyway, the situation in the room is sad with sockets - there just weren't any available. But they gave us an adapter for their sockets (there are American-type sockets there), but it worked so poorly that it took a lot of effort to charge the phone.
- We were on our honeymoon and the hotel asked us to send a marriage certificate in advance to provide a surprise. When we arrived, we were asked to specifically warn them when we would leave the room, so that they would prepare this surprise (I thought, well, at least there would be a plate of fruit) - they came, and there were just two swans made of towels. They were laughing 😄

We had a rest here from May 21 to May 30. The location is fire, near the sea, go down and turn left, there is a bigger beach area)
The metro is a kilometer away, and the tram is even closer.
We took 3 meals a day, breakfast and dinner buffet. We arrived 2 hours later as breakfast was going on - there is always a choice, there are no frills, but 2-3 meats, side dishes, vegetables, fruits are welcome. There is seafood too! I've seen more than once how plates with a mountain are stacked and not eaten. How people stand and choose mussels and shrimps.. But we had enough!
Lunch somehow alternates between the menu and the buffet. You put an hour on the menu, they bring bread and a bottle of water, and once they asked for hot water for tea, they brought it.
Breakfast is not included on the day of arrival, and the lunch box on the day of departure is also not included because our flight was refused at 8 a.m.
The pools are located on the 2nd floor, with a Jacuzzi, but the dining room is on the 1st.
They cleaned every day, and the linen was never changed. They noticed, made the bed, threw out the trash, put water and toiletries. The shaving machine, at the request, brought 2 at once. If the towels are not thrown on the floor, they will not change. There is a Russian-speaking Nuri, but she doesn't speak every day. We checked in at 12 o'clock. They didn't give me any money. We arrived at the hotel at 9 a.m., the room was free, but I refused to pay for early check-in, Nuri said to come at 12, I will offer other tourists for money if no one agrees, then it will be yours. As a result, we got room 2602 with a side view of the sea on the left.
If I go, I'll choose this hotel, price = quality. We didn't regret choosing the BLUE Beach Tower.

The location is great, and we rented an apartment here. The rooms are nice, not the newest, but very large! The view from the windows is beautiful. We lived on the 43rd floor, the windows don't open, but the air conditioning system is working, and the temperature in the apartment is comfortable! The tower itself has elevators with indoor views, as the tower itself is glass and has a great view when going up and down! There are also regular elevators for those who are afraid of heights. On the ground floor there is a small but good supermarket and pharmacy! I recommend staying here!

Chic, glitter, beauty. Even a slightly tired pool does not spoil the overall impression. The food was not taken, the kitchen in the apartment did an excellent job of feeding. A great rocking chair with a view of the Rixos, a super hammam. The Russian sauna is so-so, the stove is chosen incorrectly, it is not enough to heat the steam room. The room itself has 2 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a giant living room with a balcony, mother-in-law's room. Everything is adapted for a comfortable stay. They clean superficially, but they respond to any requests immediately. Elevators are a separate type of entertainment. Especially if you switch from 49th to 1st immediately. But the 27th floor is optimal for gatherings on the balcony, and at first my head was spinning from unaccustomed use.

Super hotel! We had a vacation in March 2025. The hotel is well located, 5 minutes to the sea, you can say 1 line. We booked a three-room deluxe, upon arrival we were settled into a 4-room (270 sq.m.). View of Palm Jumeirah and the Eye of Dubai (Ferris wheel) from the room. Three meals a day, buffet breakfast, a la carte lunch, buffet dinner, varied food, everything is delicious. The beach is divided into zones from other hotels, they are not even allowed to lie on towels in front of the sea. The food in the nearest cafes starts from 1.5 t.p. for one dish. The food is fast food almost everywhere. In May, the heat is hellish during the day at +42. There are only migrants around: Indians, Pakistanis and Africans. The water in the sea is more or less clean before lunch, but after that it's just terribly dirty. Do I want to come back here again? No, definitely not!

It's a great place. Low price, huge apartment. 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, laundry room, two baths and 4 toilets. High floor 46. Beautiful view of the city and the sea. Free water. I liked everything very much. Of the unpleasant things. The spa in the basement turned out to be a men's nightclub. Although I may be wrong. But there's no menu, no prices, nothing but silicone-inflated girls giggling at us because we wanted a massage with the kids. The rapists helped to bring the things in, but they refused to help when leaving. A taxi was called to move to another place, the taxi driver was refused parking in front of the hotel doors, although they ordered an expensive limousine. The apartment smelled of smoke. But they got used to the smell quickly. It is strange that ozone is not used to remove odors, it is fast and cheap. I would love to come here again. The disadvantages are minor.

Awesome Located on the marina, 10 minutes to the beach. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. They settled on the 40th floor without additional charges. There is no Russian-speaking staff at all. The view from the room was on the sea. The room itself has 2 bedrooms and 1 huge living room. 3 showers, 2 baths and 4 toilets))) a huge kitchen with dishes, a tester and a microwave, and a huge refrigerator. There is a washing machine and a dryer. It's like a bomb)) the balcony is in the room, although it can blow away at a height. There was a problem with cockroaches, unfortunately. They called and complained. Then they sprinkled everything with something and offered to move to 2 floors above. But it was too late for us to pack our things again. The food is excellent, varied and most importantly delicious! 2 pools on the 2nd floor, open. Towels are provided. A mandatory deposit of 500 dirhams, you will not be able to pay for the room in any way) but they will be refunded. I had it unblocked on my card 3 days before departure. And the city tax is 47 dirhams per person, it will not be refunded))) I really liked everything.

The hotel, of course, is not exactly 5*. We rested in it for 12 days. We arrived early, and the reception said our room wasn't ready. But, they offered a premium room for 100 dirhams per day. They refused, of course. But we walked around) The location of the hotel is excellent: the sea is a 5-7-minute walk away, there are many restaurants, shops nearby, a good pharmacy, located right in the hotel building (there are Russian-speaking pharmacists). For the new year, the embankment was beautifully decorated, everything glows, even the Christmas tree was decorated, and New Year's tents with decorations were set up for children.
The room was clean upon check-in, but afterwards, the floor was not even washed, the dust was not wiped, toilet sets and soap were not reported. But, they always put 0.5 liters of water per person. By the way, water can be collected near the hotel. There is a free train station in the direction of the Hotel Sofitel. Towels and bed linen are fresh and clean. Cleaning every day. The big drawback of the room: there is a terrible smell of mold from furniture, beds, cupboards ... horror. The furniture is real
wooden, but old, peeling in places. And the disadvantage is that there are no windows opening, only a balcony.
Meals for 4. The breakfasts are delicious and varied, but it's the same every day. Lunch according to the menu... It's kind of designed more for Hindus. Sometimes we didn't go. And dinner is also on the same menu. But we were lucky, because a lot of people settled in with a "dinner" meal and made a buffet. The choice is small, but tasty and not spicy. The staff does not speak Russian, but you can explain your school knowledge).
There are 2 swimming pools. A very convenient towel system. You can take them, go to the beach and hand them over. And immediately take new ones and lie down by the pool and hand them over again. The pools are clean, but the tiles are already old and peeling in places.
In general, we had a rest and we won't go there anymore. It is better to overpay and take a 5* hotel.

We were very satisfied with the choice of accommodation. Yes, the numbers may be a little old, but that doesn't spoil them at all. Great location, the beach is nearby, across the street, the Ferris wheel is just over 20 minutes on foot. The center and Dubai Mall are half an hour away, though by car)

The only advantage is the location.
We charged a tax of 90 dirhams upon check-in, although my voucher said 45 dirhams for the entire stay and there are no additional taxes. We had 3-bedroom apartments and none of them had a hair dryer or washing machine. The hotel is old , the sun does not get into the pool. The gym was closed , there was no information about it at the time of booking and they also did not warn at check-in .

The rooms are huge. We had a living room, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom in each room, a kitchen. The furniture/renovation is tired, relatively clean, but not perfect. We didn't have a washing machine in our room, although friends had a smaller one in their room. The staff quickly responded to all requests- an adapter, an iron were brought in a matter of minutes.

Convenient location, pool, near the beach and many cafes. The breakfast was plentiful and both adults and children were happy. The lunch is very skimpy and peculiar, the children do not want to eat. Pros: location and breakfast buffet. That's all. And we had a good price. That's why we went. In the season with a flight from Yekaterinburg, it costs ~ 250,000rubles for 2 / Breakfast dinner. The view from the room is beautiful. The construction site is barely audible. Not critical
Check-in at the hotel according to international rules at 15:00, we arrived early and checked in immediately for +400 AED + tax 60 AED for 6 nights + 400 AED deposit (non-refundable).
When we checked into the room... I can't say that I was delighted. .
The bathroom leaves much to be desired: a sink that is falling apart, plus we ourselves washed the floors in the bathroom, since it was impossible to walk barefoot, plus the bathtub itself was a beautiful rusty color, plus there were earrings from former visitors, plus the drain in the sink did not work (you need to press the faucet there), plus they periodically forgot to change us towels were either taken away and not brought. The phone in the room does not plan to work, plus there are no sockets by the bed. They're behind the bed. I can't get it.
The windows in the room are covered in dust, dirt and with fingerprints of other people's hands and faces.
The windows in the whole hotel are also all dirty.
Pool: half of the towels, all faded + small, they are not enough for a chaise longue (and they are also all dirty and stained).
In the pool, the tiles are falling off + the lamps with lighting have fallen out and are hanging in the water on one wire.
Lunch: Never change dinner for lunch. Firstly, it is -2 hours of your time. And the dinners are tasteless (according to the menu).
Dinner: buffet (fruits, meat, pasta, rolls).

An excellent apartment hotel with huge apartments, given 190m2. Very clean, close to everything you need (7 minutes walk to the beach), close to restaurants, fast food and shops. A hotel is like a hotel. I didn't like the fact that access to the faucet with a shower head is blocked by glass. If you can't use it while standing by the tub, you need to get into the tub. Okay, there's a bidet. Otherwise, as in a four-star hotel, there is a bed, a TV, a kettle and a refrigerator. There is not a single channel in Russian.
I don't see the point in overpaying for a fifth star.

This is an excellent hotel. Especially for those who travel in the hot season. The pool is made in such a way that even in the sweltering heat and the absence of a breeze outside, it is cool near the pool. There are three pools of different levels, a children's slide in the paddling pool, there is a children's room, you can buy drinks and ice cream by the pool. Insanely beautiful view from the window of the upper lobby. There are three lobbies on different levels. Breakfasts for every taste, even a child found food for himself and no one was left hungry. There is no private beach, you can only walk to the public one 7 minutes from the hotel. The location is also beyond praise. I recommend the hotel to everyone. The only disadvantage for us is the absence of a washing machine in the apartment.

Nice hotel. Great location. Everything is within walking distance. Friendly reception staff. I would especially like to mention Daniel, who speaks Russian and helped us solve all the questions we had. The pools are always clean and most importantly, they are warm, which is very comfortable. We ordered breakfast and dinner, but the daily menu was not very diverse.
