It's better in a new place: It's more spacious, with more light and amenities. A VIP lounge has appeared, and the usual waiting room is seven to ten times larger than in the previous place on Aram Street

They refused to return my passport, saying that it was still in the embassy. It turns out that he has been at this visa application center for a month, referring to the fact that their "status has not been updated." I came several times. There is an impudent boorish administrator at the reception, who did not take any measures until I caught their leader myself. I barely got his passport back from him, too.

They don't answer the phone. I wrote via e-mail, they didn't respond either. I received an automatic email that I will be answered within 24-48 hours, but it has been 2 weeks that there is no feedback.
