There are other programs. Recorded without specifying the information. I also asked for a date and, if possible, to see Boreyko's doctor, but the answer did not tell me whether to make an appointment with this doctor or another one. During the cost clarification, they said a different cost of the service. When I called the next day, it turned out that the cost was different, because the comprehensive women's health check-up does not exist at all now, and this information was recorded about five years ago on another complex that does not include the same services. They advised me to clear the cache on my phone... I checked the information from three different devices, the information is listed everywhere about this complex (not in the text, but specifically the picture).

The location is terrible, it's in the center, but it's impossible to find the clinic itself, because there are no identification marks anywhere. I arrived, spent 5 minutes searching, tried to call the administrator (by the way, it's not easy to get through either), I explain that I can't find the entrance, in response to me, "girl, I think you don't have to keep looking, the doctor won't see you." I understand that I was late, I asked the doctor if I could come. The girl came back and said that the doctor would see her, but she would have to wait. I spent another 20 minutes searching for an entrance, no one called me or offered to meet me, they talked rudely, in general, there was no desire to go. The impressions are negative, you probably need to arrive 30 minutes before the appointment to find the clinic, since there are no identification plates.
I do not recommend this medical center due to the fact that in order to get the necessary documents after ultrasound and consultations, which should be issued immediately after the visit in the proper form without errors, I had to come to the medical center twice more (spoiler: and I was offered to come to them for the fourth time).
Visit 1: mistakes were made in the surname, which I dictated to the administrator by syllables at the first visit, and also filled out a form with my own hand, where the necessary information was written in a clear handwriting, and also when paying in printed capital letters, I spelled out the surname on the conclusions, the doctor immediately left immediately after my consultation, so I had to come another day.
Visit 2: the surname was corrected on the doctor's report, but the date of birth was indicated completely different. The ultrasound report has not been corrected. There were no doctors - come another day.
Visit 3: a doctor's report with the correct data. They forgot about the conclusion of the ultrasound, although at the second visit the administrator made a note about the need to correct the surname in the ultrasound. Before arriving, I called and asked if the documents were corrected and if I could pick them up, to which the administrator assured me that yes. There was no ultrasound doctor - come back tomorrow.
Visit 4: There won't be. I have never met such inattention and disorganization in any medical institution. Why do your patients have to travel several times to get documents that they are required to issue immediately at the initial visit without errors? What kind of confidentiality can we talk about when my conclusions were reviewed by all your administrators and they were just lying in a transparent file at the reception from time to time?
I understand that it is possible to make a mistake, but several times in a row in only two data: last name and date of birth - this is already the edge of inattention and disrespect for the time of patients.
There are no questions about the professionalism of the doctors themselves, there were only positive impressions of the reception, evaluation and review of the exclusively administrative part of the medical center.
It so happened that Khomich had already taken her daughter to the oncologist several times for various problems. An amazing doctor! She is very attentive, sensitive, always does a full examination and gives a detailed consultation! The staff at the clinic is good. The prices are adequate. Clean, cozy.
