The most terrible service – or rather, its absence! I'll start with the fact that there are constant delays here, which means that the recording is being conducted incorrectly, not only do they not warn about the delay of the master, they are also rude. The second is quality, sterility of tools, dirt in the cabin, consumables are not used. In order, I came for a pedicure for the first time, there was no disposable sheet on the chair, napkins where you can stand, instead of finger dividers there was a regular napkin. When calculating, there was a misunderstanding why misinform customers about the promotion if you consider the full cost?
I don't say anything about manicure at all, the master took out a Kraft bag with an indicator where there were untreated tools, removing the manicure and the coating was done carelessly (the manicure began to fringe, the coating was uneven, the detachment on the nails) The administrator decided to let the situation slide, wishing all the best ✌🏻

I don't understand, where is the manager looking? It's like the masters don't know the basic rules of etiquette, you don't have to talk about the admin))) The quality of service is the bottom. I visited this studio 2 times and 2 times in the morning on the day of recording, the admin starts calling and asks to move the recording earlier (probably to go home earlier). Well, hi, I came earlier, but because of this scheme of theirs, my master confused the clients and accepted another one. As a result, they put me in another one, apparently to a new master who has no experience. I worked without a hood, I made nails of different lengths, after 3 weeks cracks appeared on the nails (this had never happened before), and the money was taken more than it is written in the price list. The masters are constantly chatting among themselves, they don't think, what if the clients aren't interested in listening to their gossip, what if we just came to relax?! Absolutely spitting attitude

The administrator does not perform his task, the salon does not offer anything to drink. They ruined my nails and thinned them too much. When I wrote to them on social media.and when I noticed it, they just started ignoring me.They say in the first three arrivals, the price of procedures is one price, and then you have to pay at the price of a regular customer, but in fact from 2 arrivals they charge more as a regular customer because as it turned out, you need to clarify at each entry just when you come to them. Terrible service. It was recorded at 13:30. I arrived on time. The administrator asked me to wait, I'm waiting for 15 minutes. I approach the administrator with the question "when will we start?", to which she turns to the master and the master informs her that she will work for a long time. After another 10 minutes of waiting, they put me in front of another master, who did all the work with a dissatisfied look and as if with a favor. No time management and customer orientation.

The master does not know his work from the word at all, he cannot even cope with a light design and a square shape. I have never had such terrible nails done before, the growth points were completely cut down and a completely different design was made. My requests were stupidly ignored. Even the lines were drawn crookedly and clumsily. It's a pity that I wasted my time and money.
