I went once - I don't want to go there anymore. A meeting was scheduled there, I was late and only after running into the establishment, I decided to order coffee right away. A lady (senior administrator or someone) answered me with the most disgusting intonation."take your place and place an order there!"
During our entire stay there, the administrator was constantly milling around the hall, which personally bothered me a lot, there was too much fuss. I can't say anything bad about the food, but there is no "wow" effect either.
The interior is cute.

Serving dishes is beyond praise - you get aesthetic pleasure. For this, all 5 stars. But! This is all covered by the quality of the products from which it is all cooked. The beef in the salad is like boiled crackers, barely chewed. To serve bruschetta on a regular baguette or on thawed semi-finished rolls is to spoil it. The menu does not indicate that bruschetta with beef tongue and dried tomatoes will be served with fresh cucumber. If you knew, you wouldn't have ordered it. These are not exactly compatible products. This should be indicated. It turned out to be a sandwich for 16 rubles. Sangria is claimed to be 1800 ml per company. As a result, 2 incomplete large glasses. The current prices of products are too cheap. It is felt and spoils the whole impression

Firstly, the wait for an elementary order (green salad and cappuccino) was more than 50 minutes!!! The waitress came up only 2 times: to take the order and when we called her to clarify the length of time about the readiness of the order. The impression of the cafe could not even be smoothed out after such a long wait for the ordered dishes, although it should be noted that there are no complaints about the quality and taste of the dishes., cooking at the highest level. But the unprofessionalism and disrespect for the visitors of the staff of the Bloom cafe have forever spoiled the impression of this institution. No one apologized for such a long wait either in the person of the waitress or in the person of the cafe manager...The evening was ruined.

They brought hryuchevo:instead of bacon, there was brisket. The sauce that solves everything in this dish is disgusting. It's just cream with cheap cheese. The work of the staff leaves much to be desired. The necessary appliances were not served to the pasta . As a result, the dish was refused, the administrator justified the cook and the taste of the dish by the fact that we did not start eating immediately, but after five minutes. As for cocktails, everything is great. There are a lot of stop-desserts, which we will find out about at the last moment. The manager needs to train the staff and have the concepts and experience in this business himself.

It's lucky that it got on the chewing tooth, and not on the front one.
They showed it to the administrator, said that she did not know what it was, asked to wait, they would redo it. I waited for the burger for at least 25 minutes. They bring a burger, which is impossible to pick up, compared to the first one, it's just minced meat.
I didn't want to eat, they showed me, explained that the burger was bad.
And the climax.
I came to the institution with my family, I wanted to have a delicious dinner, the result was 1h20m without food, my chewing tooth is still aching, and as an apology they bring me an ice cream ball. 1 scoop of ice cream. It's not even on the menu in desserts. This is a stupid joke.

The evening at Bloom was disappointing.
My impressions:
Positive:
Pleasant atmosphere, decoration of the hall, music.
Cons:
- long wait - more than an hour waiting for the dish
- the most unpleasant thing is the dish itself - duck with pumpkin and raspberries - sweet pumpkin and raspberries give a cloying unpleasant taste, hard fatty duck, which is not normally cut with a knife, everything does not combine together, the sweet taste interrupts everything, the serving is ugly - the colors of the dish themselves do not harmonize well, everything is piled up and looks unappetizing. The second course is stewed brisket - solid fat, there is practically no meat. The dishes are underdone to taste. They left the institution hungry, as it is impossible to eat such things. The waiting time and the dishes themselves do not match, as a result, 60 rubles for 2 dishes, where only coffee and fresh are delicious, an hour of waiting in order not to eat anything. I got the impression that you want to impress people with unusual dishes, but in the end you got a lot of ideas.
I recommend reviewing what you are cooking and changing the composition of the dishes, since the place looks like it has potential, but unsuccessful positions have been chosen.

Unfortunately, the establishment did not like it at all - the ordered dishes were frankly tasteless, the pork steak was tough and not only did not cut normally, but also did not chew, as a result they simply did not eat it. At the same time, the waitress was specifically asked from which part of the pig the dish was made, a tenderloin without veins and fat was promised. The service is very weak, some of the staff do not even smile when you contact them. It is a pity to spend the only evening in the city visiting this place.

The kitchen is clear and acceptable. Desserts and coffee....well, here as always. Restaurateurs prefer to give preference to the quality of the main menu and pay little attention to coffee and desserts. It's very weak. Pascucci is a rare abomination (if at the time of publication the coffee is different - my respect)
